Grumpy disengaged service person. Not one smile, terse answers, not helpful at all. Transaction done. But will skip this Verizon next time. There are many better staffed stores.

At first, the customer service here was very good until our bill was higher than what we were told. Another problem was that our first order, when we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, our transaction failed and we had to come back to the store the second time to redo it. We were charged $450 twice and when we got a refund, they took $50 off. And then we were told that our bill would be from $140-$150 after we traded in 3 phones (that would be worth $1000 no matter which brand) but when we checked online our bill was $200. We were very disappointed and had to come back three times. The third time we came in store, we were refused service because of “damaged properties” and they didn’t understand that we didn’t intend to do this and that our kid didn’t mean to damage any of their property either. We also offered to pay for the damage (possibly over $100) but they denied and threatened to call the police on us. Horrible service and unpolite use of language. The employees were only polite and kind when we spent our money on them, turned rude and useless when we came back to fix our bill. The managers of the stores’ tone was also unfriendly and unwilling to help us.
UPDATE:
they LIED to us about our bill. We are now paying $270 a MONTH instead of $140-$150 as we were promised. Horrible service, do better.

I’m giving this 5-star review solely because of Kono’s excellent customer service—he was professional, friendly, and truly made a difference during my experience. Otherwise, I would have rated it 1 star due to the poor attitude from the front desk staff, particularly Maia (or Laia—the woman assisting with check-ins). Her behavior was unfriendly and dismissive, especially toward Verizon customers, which made the interaction uncomfortable. If you’re working in customer service, a good attitude all the time you’re working should be a priority.

They very kindly let me charge my phone and get out of the direct heat, thanks to them my car battery did not die trying to charge my phone. I also have enough to dial 911 if I needed to. Thanks Renton Verizon!

Version drops you from your phone insurance without your consent then no one in the store is able to help with anything. Awful service, I’m leave Verizon 100% never ever going back.

This location is AWESOME! I have been a Verizon customer for 20 yrs and these guys know their stuff. Go and ask for William! He has been there for a long time and is so sweet! I will be back!!

I went to this Verizon location for an upgrade. William provided fast, polite, and informative service. He had me out the door within 15min and answered all of my questions.

Maia helped us out with upgrading my phone, getting us a really good deal and put on a better plan while saving money. She was so patient and kind through all of our questions and phone transfer process. 10/10 customer service

Great experience! Went in to activate my SIM card after the Verizon website wouldn't recognize it. The guy helping me was great and fixed my issue in no time. In and out within 15 minutes.
