Great experience! Went in to activate my SIM card after the Verizon website wouldn't recognize it. The guy helping me was great and fixed my issue in no time. In and out within 15 minutes.

Went to the Verizon store on Park Avenue to get all the accessories for my new phone. Alyia was the one that helped me and she was awesome. She took the time to explain how all the warranties work, and how each item protects in its own way. Great personality, glad I was able to get her when I walked in.
