One of the worst repair garage I have ever visited.
Came in for the AC diagnostic and repair, didn’t properly diagnose the issue and replaced a part. Which eventually gave up in a day, and when I took it back they told me that the issue is something else which they couldn’t diagnose and asked me visit dealer.
End of the day, I have paid $300 for nothing and they are not willing to accept their mistake nor give me a partial refund also.
Please don’t visit this garage, it’s a complete rip off

*FRAUD*....DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, unless you wanna get ripped off for your money, then this is the place to go if you do!!! Not only did they charge me a $1,000 for a coolant flush, new wires, & an oil change and then tell me after I brought it back because I was losing coolant the next day. That they didn't even do what they were paid for but then they wanted to turn around and charge me another $90.00 after I told them when I brought back in specific, " I don't want any new charges I just want you to check the work that you have already just to make sure everything was put back on tightly." All I wanted them to do was to check the work that they had already done because my coolant light was coming on. ( I made it very clear there was no confusion) Then they proceed to tell me that all they did was hook up the hose to the radiator and run it. Last time I checked that's not a coolant flush. A coolant flush consists of the coolant system to be flushed thoroughly with a new thermostat ECT. But then to top it all off when I go back to pick up my car, his wife says to me, it's gonna cost another $89.00 . So I explained to her that I didn't want any new charges I wanted them to check the work they already did. Then the snoty rude a__ unprofessional and disrespectful women that she is, grabs the receipt out of my hand as I'm reading it. And I ask her " what are you doing," as I proceed to tell her "I'll get your money, I just said I didn't want any other charges." She looks at me and rips the print out up, like a little 5 year old and says. " no you said you ain't gonna pay for it" so needless to say not only do i have to take out a loan to pay these liars but then they wonna cause my car more issues then it had before. and they want to inconsiderstly disrespect me and cop an attitude with me. If you care about your car in any way I wouldn't let these jokes put there hands on your car, they can't even back up there work without charging you more. Or causing your vehicle more issues by not doing the work you pay for to begin with. Let alone they can't treat you with common courtesy, well his wife can't anyways. She has no class, unfortunately as childish as that women acted she's gonna end up costing him a lot of money if not his company. Totally discussed will never take my car there again let alone a tonka toy...seriously disappointed and disgusted with this ladies childish behavior and unprofessional temper tantrum.. clearly they just lost a lot of money, and alotnof buisinee

Pretty poor experience. Had problem with brakes, asked them specifically about the brake calipers. They said it was fine. Charged us $300 for cleaning of the brakes. Problem was still present after what they did. Took it to another repair shop and they found that my brake calipers were sticking which is what I initially thought. Unfortunate that Vans could not identify the problem, charged me for something that didn’t even fix the problem, and another repair shop was easily able to identify the root cause.

One month trying to get a mirror on my truck, came in every two weeks to install the mirror to find out they ordered the wrong mirror, third time he calls to order another mirror but this time the quote jumps from $600 to $1000..I turned around and googled and ordered the right mirror myself for $215 and got it in three days..now I bring my own mirror and asking for help with painting the right color and installing and they are very backed up, basically not interested...was a waste of time
