I definitely recommend this pet clinic everyone is so sweet there! My beagle Luna was in good hands, they were very understanding and concerned and help my dog with her flea problem we will definitely be coming back in 3 months and for future visits!

Friendly staff, amazing doctor. They are very reasonable and don’t pressure you to purchase more services. Which made the visit even more pleasant. They treat your pet like they are a part of their family. Highly recommend this place for your pet care needs.

My dog broke one of his toe nails almost completely off, we called a few places and this was the only place open on Saturday that didn't have a 4+ hour wait, we got an appt within the hour once we got there they went over what would happen and the process they trimmed the rest of his nails and we were out of there within the hour all bandaged up and ready to go. They were great considering my dog was not feeling well and let everyone know! Thank you again for giving my boy such great care.

We had the best experience at Renton Highlands Pet Clinic. Dr. Riley and his team are wonderful! We were a little worried at first because our pitmix/border collie hates the vet and becomes somewhat aggressive. We really wanted her to get all her shots done and unfortunately we didn't have trazadone on hand before the visit to help her. But Dr. Riley handled her so well. We were amazed at how quickly he administered her vaccines. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur baby. We could not stop talking about how great the experience was and will definitely be recommending your clinic to everyone we know!

As usual, our annual checkup and dental cleaning went smoothly. From the front desk person, to the vet tech and doctor, everyone was kind and professional. My dog always receives excellent care here.

Dr. Shoemaker, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Kepler are amazing! I have a great experience every single time I have gone there. All the receptionists, vet assistants, and techs are easy to talk to and kind. Thank you for ALL you do!! You are appreciated!!

They make us wait for an hour and never seen the Vet. They took my dog to the back and bring her back 30 min after.

06/2024 My boy kitty started sneezing quite a bit very recently so I wanted him to be evaluated to ensure it wasn't anything more concerning than allergies given the other two cats in the house had also been sneezing. I sent a text to the office in the middle of the night and when they opened the next day they were able to get him in that morning so I was incredibly appreciative of that.
In all of my visits the staff and providers have been wonderful, fantastic with my animals, explained what they were looking for and the 'why' behind it. Knowledge is being an informed pet parent/owner and they assist in that journey as every one of our pets has at least one unique (from our others) health difference.
03/2024 I was so grateful when they were able to schedule two well kitty checks and new patient appt for my recently adopted dog that were back-to-back to avoid three separate trips. Logistically, it was so much easier this way to get them all on the same well check schedule!
03/2023 They did a great job getting my cat in for his well kitty check. Staff were friendly and professional. Thank you!
I know preventative appointments are a challenge to get these days, and vet services tend to be scheduling roughly 2-3 months out so please be patient and kind to staff. They're doing everything they can.
