TERRIBLE POSTAL OFFICE. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Place a pickup request and gamble whether or not they will actually pick it up. I’ve placed multiple pickup requests and only had one succeed. They even send me a confirmation email saying it’s been picked up when it wasn’t. A joke of an office, with the laziest drivers.

I've made 6-7 attempts ans another as I'm speaking to get someone at that office to pick up the phone so they can hold my package at the post office like the agent had told me over the phone. Still no answer after a whole hour of waiting and redialing.

I just walked out of this post office with my blood boiling! I came to pick up a certified mail that was reschedule for delivery (customer pickup). I explained to the old lady with short white & grey hair. She kept asking me in a loud and rude tone of voice if I wanted my mail delivered to my address and I said NO. I’m here to pick up my mail that’s scheduled for customer pick up like that’s why I’m here in the first place. I told her she didn’t have to yell at me. Told her she should be kind to customers! I swear I hope she realizes how she treats people! As a first time customer I shouldn’t be treated like that!! I don’t care if the last customer pissed you off doesn’t give you the right to treat the next customer like that! I wish that old lady realizes how she treats her customers and tries to improve!!

I went to this Post Office to look for a package that they didn't deliver that they said they deliver. And I ran into the supervisor which was being real Disrespectful and very unwilling to help with my issue. I overheard her saying she don't want to deal with anyone before 11 o'clock.

Rude staff, particularly that old asian man. We don't need great customer service from you, but we don't need your bad attitude either. Just do your job and don't be mean to people.

This place has been my home establishment for sending mail since I was 18 years old. I have always have had a nice experience with the front desk people.

Mail delivery was made by throwing the package from our walkway onto the porch! It was caught on our front door cameras. No one will answer the phone to share this with. Unbelievable

I ship out multiple packages every week but this location always denies my labels, there’s a lady that works there that always denies the labels but any other location or person working there takes it. I recommend that you avoid her at all costs.

They don't answer the phones nor do they consistently forward your mail. In-person, the lines are long & the service desk clerks are not always nice or friendly. Most of the USPS in the area suck.

I'm wondering why they have direct contact number for this building but no one ever answers. I've had a package that has said it's been out for delivery for the last two business days and one weekend day being the 24th US PS won't give me any updates because I have an inquiry out on it but I don't understand is how does a package stay out for delivery for a total of 16+ hours with no update to the customer or a way of getting ahold of anyone helpful? I understand the holidays and things are busy but do you wonder why USPS loses money every year this is the reason.

This places seems like a great Filipino hangout rather than a functioning USPS office.

Busy place, but the workers work as fast as they can! Nice to have self service kiosk check out!

I went in the other day to mail 100 media mail items, thinking I could do so on the self-serve machine. I double checked with the woman behind the counter, and she said that unfortunately media mail packages couldn’t be processed with self-serve. She then patiently attended to my 100 envelopes by hand, typing in addresses, confirming destinations and applying labels. It took a long time, and she was really kind. Luckily, the post office had staffed two other attendants who handled the rest of the line, so no one had to wait to long to be helped.I grew up coming to this post office, and now back home, I’m happy to see that it’s the same kind and helpful service. Yes, sometimes it’s busy during holidays, but I’ve always experienced a lot of care here over the decades at this USPS location.
