IF THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT TO HELP COMPLETE A PASSPORT APPLICATION, JUST SAY THAT! REMOVE THE REQUESTED APPOINTMENT OPTION FROM THE SITE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME! I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET THE APPOINTMENT JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME BEFORE IT EVEN OPEN ABOUT A CANCELLATION! THEN I END UP READING REVIEWS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS IS A REPEATED THING FROM THIS LOCATION. SEEMS LIKE THIS SITE NEEDS TO HAVE A HIGHER UP SHOW UP AND GET THE STAFF RETRAINED OR IS THIS THE NEW NORMAL SERVICE FOR USPS?

Just had the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a postal employee here. The man was on a power trip. Asking me an excessive number of questions about my items that I was trying to ship then sending me away saying I didn’t put the address on correctly. I’m shook. Wow.

The package drop box has been "out of service" for at least a month. I usually do the self service kiosk because I can usually only visit after business hours, but with the drop box broken there's no where to put the labeled packages for outbound. The outside blue drop boxes for letters have also been removed for some reason. We should be making things MORE inclusive for people with alternate schedules, not taking away the only way we can send packages ffs.
2 stars because when I have been able to rearrange my schedule to make it during business hours, the teller was efficient and friendly.

USPS, what a waste,weekend mail carrier is lazy can't walk up a driveway they also lie that they can not deliver because no place to turn around how about backing out if they are too lazy to get out of their tiny mail truck. They never answer the phone. FedEx delivered to me yesterday to the same driveway that USPS carrier is unable to navigate. UPS delivers no problem sometimes they use this amazing new invention it is called a hand truck you can put box and stuff on so it is easy to move USPS should see if they can get some. UPS should take over USPS.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They’re holding my mail “due to customer request” but I never requested that. It’s not at all convenient for me to go down there as I work the same hours they’re open and when I called to try and get things sorted so they would just give me MY mail I had to call 5 times before I could get the stupid automated system to get me a person. Ive been on hold 40 minutes as of writing this just to get no answers or resolution. Trash, absolute TRASH

I’m not understanding how Manny still works at this location! He is a rude and miserable little man that needs to CALM DOWN! He insults everyone that he helps! Last time I went, he was bullying this teenager that was trying to help his mom because she didn’t speak English! He didn’t let them send them r package because the return address didn’t match his ID. But the teenager explained that he and his mom just moved to the area that week!
The person after the family was an older man. Manny asked the older man what as in the box and who it was for and why he as mailing it! So many personal questions!
I am so thankful that every time I’m in line, another clerk comes back from lunch. So I haven’t personally dealt with him. But I see how horrible he treats others!
I don’t mind waiting in line, it’s Manny that nobody wants to see!
Manny is a horrible human being! Inside and out, he’s hard to deal with! Fire him already!

Whoever was delivering mail in my neighborhood around March 30th put my passport in someone else’s mailbox and a couple of my packages in the wrong mailbox too. Super frustrating as my personal info was in there and it took two weeks for a neighbor to turn in my passport. Post office said they would do an “investigation” but all I got was that I had to fill out another form for my passport, no word about what happened to mine, even though my apartment complex has cameras in the mailroom. Supper annoying.

Long gray haired Asian man was horrible! I have never been treated so poorly at a post office in my life. Go to another post office! Stay away from this place. Terrible Terrible customer service

I would give zero stars if I could. Literally two ladies worked there one of them is passive aggressively rude, I showed one of the ladies I have a passport appointment at 1:30pm and the lady who was helping me said that the passport agent is sick so he won’t be back by the 15th of April. But the other lady she interrupts our conversation with saying the passport agent gave out emails that he was sick but said it in a rude tone I simply responded that I have never received the email and would you like to take a look I know it was a little immature of me but she came off rude first. But still I have never received any email regarding the passport agent being sick and I just find it very unprofessional considering I read the reviews of other people getting the same treatment.

I'm only going to rate my experience there, which I wish I never will have to visit again, their mess of a logistic system alone gets a 0 out of 5 from me.
The guy at the counter spent half of my time talking about car mods with a customer standing on the side, and when he was actually talking to me he was rude. When I said I was there to pick up a package, he took my address and didn't even bother checking the back and started telling me it was out for delivery.
I showed them that the tracking said they were holding it there. The guy started arguing saying it's in a truck and showed me his screen. I pointed to the top line where it said the package was being held for me to pick it up at the post office, which was at the very top. He got mad and told me to wait until Monday.
I told him they did the EXACT same thing for another package last week, and they never attempted to deliver it (the tracking also shows it).
He snapped and then got his supervisor, who quickly brought out my packages and explained what went wrong.
5/5 for the supervisor, 1/5 for the guy at the counter.

I wish I checked the reviews before I go. I booked a passport appointment for weeks. This morning, I went there on time but they're out of service. They canceled my appointment without telling me anything. Really wasting my time. For those are going to apply a new passport, I recommend to take the photo somewhere else frist, perpare all require documents, and just walk in to any passport acceptance facility. Don't wait weeks for appointment, and take any risk of being canceled.
