I am horrified by the behavior of the owner, "T", toward my co-worker this week. When I am on vacation, my co-worker picks up the mail. We need to collect mail to carry on with business. Despite my doing everything T required to allow his store to give the mail to my co-worker, a woman who has been in their system as an authorized person for 6 years, when she came to collect, T behaved horribly. She had her ID and business card, she had picked up mail before, and an employee was told of my vacation but T just looked at her and said "No" repeatedly. He didn't bother to look in the system. Nathan and the other co-worker overheard and took it upon themselves to look up her name which was in the system of course. They grabbed the mail and T did nothing. T, do you understand how lucky you are to have fabulous employees who act professionally when you act like a stubborn child? Without them, you would be in very deep trouble. This is far from the first time you acted this way to me and others in your store. I can't imagine being so uncooperative and feeling good about it.

With new ownership comes a whole new culture of helpfulness and friendliness. The vibe is much lighter and kinder and the new owners have gone out of their way to make things easy for me to do business. I've really enjoyed working with Deb and M as well. Having a great crew makes a big difference for people like me who must come in almost daily!

I was there to have my photo processing done. The lady did not have experience how to due process my photo. I even guided her. She told me that she printed out a test page which was free. Then the picture turned out so slurry. I said I don’t want it. She gave it to me and charged me $3.00 for the service even I did not have any photo done. This is ridiculous to charge the service and you did nothing for the customer. The store manager was there and did not do anything. This is bad service. The previous owner are so nice. My friends and I won’t come back there. Period!

I’ve come here for many years to do my online returns and anytime it asks me to do a “no box and no label needed,” I never have to bring anything but the thing I am returning. Today, I had a return that was clearly mentioned as a no box no label return and Manjot forced me to buy a bag. This is fraudulent behavior from this specific UPS store that you should be aware of.

I have come here for years and the owner is super nice, but today a lady (said her name was “M”) was so rude. I didn't realize I needed to tape the boxes shut and she said “Can you read? It says customer pack” wow! I was so shocked by her bad energy and tone, I just stared at her. She had no remorse.

There are several reasons why I am giving this store a 10. I have to say that they are the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a UPS store. They are always very welcoming and make transitions super easy. They also have one of the cleanest UPS stores I have ever been to and I drive a further distance just to come to this location due to the incredible experience they create.
