This store used to be good, but I don't appreciate a business I frequent to be rude to me, I am a customer, well, I used to be, I am taking my business elsewhere. Being rude to me never works with a person of my type. The guy today was a total jerkoff.

Bad customer service ! The first time I tried to use the scanner in store but I’m not sure how ? The Indian man looked like a big boss's in UPS store came to help with the bad behavior . What a lack of empathy in customer service ?

Suhana and her staff are always very polite and today was no different. My daughter and i came in this evening when it’s usually busy as it was near closing time. We needed help with making copies. Though this sounds like a basic task we needed a specific size (very large) and didn’t know where to even start. Suhana stepped up and helped us. She was so patient, friendly, professional and accommodating. Thank you Suhana so much. It was only a few copies and not that much money. But our experience was priceless!

Twice in the last 2 weeks have went to the UPS store in Renton on northeast 4th. And no one was there both times people waiting in line worker showed up 10 minutes late the first time, second time I got tired after fifteen minutes of waiting and left.. I guess they get to make up their own work hours ridiculous

Service here can be a mixed bag.Sometimes you have very accommodating and helpful clerks.Other times, like this morning, you have staff that force everyone to use self service kiosks to wrap, bag, label their own packages while they work hard to find the will to lift their cup of coffee and say “use the kiosk over there.”I get that Amazon package management creates a lot of work for UPS stores - but I also know it creates a lot of value. If you don’t want to do the work of packaging and managing returns, just refuse and see how long you stay in business. Otherwise hire and train staff (and pay them well) to be pleasant and engaging.I’ll be going back to the Issaquah UPS stores. They get it.

Bad customer service phone call. I dropped my package by 6pm on 11/8, after came back home, just realized one more part to add. Called to the UPS store then tell them on hold package for me. She told me your package delivered by 5:30pm. That didn’t make sense. Waiting my time and with her no knowledge. On my receipt drop off say “we estimate delivery by 11/9”. So, what do think about that?

Would go elsewhere for service. There is a tape dispenser on the counter accessible to the public that says leave on counter. However they will charge you if you use the tape dispenser provided at a rate equivalent to the cost of a whole new roll of tape.

I had my passport picture taken here and it was the worst quality picture I have ever taken. Passport agency didn’t accept them and I needed to retake it somewhere else. Don’t waste your money for passport pictures at this location.

You average ups store. I think it's time the company gives employees customer service lessons. You can't just hire anyone that raises their hands. I've noticed most of the complaints on ups store's reviews are people who do not understand shipping rules. It's not put it in a box and ship. There's a tone of rules and most people fail to understand that. So they get cranky, hold up the line then blame the company for their fault. Working customer service jobs I'm tired of people not being held accountable for their stupidity. Just like craft stores I encourage people to do their homework before shipping. It only takes like 10 min of reading the shipping rules.

Super rude and difficult to deal with. I have to make special trip just to take a small package to post office. Can’t believe I am reviewing the ups store that’s how annoying an experience it was.

I work for Amazon Flex and tried to deliver a package at 8:52 am on Friday March 3rd. They were suppose to be open but the door was locked. The hours posted were 8:30 am M-F. Had to return the package to the warehouse. Super annoying and inconvenient and also the customer won’t get their item.
