Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the cosmetologists at this location, Vienna!! ☺️I came in to get a blowout two days ago and everyone at the store was very friendly and they found a time to fit me in. Vienna was so sweet and talented- she did such a beautiful job with my hair and I was a happy customer. I’d say I’m definitely coming back but unfortunately I’m from Jersey and was visiting WA for a couple of days. BUT, if and when I visit again, I’ll def be back here. Highly recommend getting all your beauty treatments done here, the ladies that work here are not only friendly, but knowledgeable and talented at what they do! ?

Don’t ask a customer if they need help and then not want to help or be rude to your customers. I’ll stick to the ultas that like to help customers and answer questions when ask. Very bad customer service

I went in to have my lashes curled and lifted; basically like a perm for my eye lashes. From the moment I walked in the store until I left every single staff person was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it! Ulta is more than just a make-up store. There is a full service saloon which includes hair and skin options. Thank you to Ulta for taking the time to have friendly, knowledgeable staff. I will be back!

this is one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had! laura, an incredibly kind sales associate, helped me find the perfect concealer today! she is incredibly knowledgeable with the product and i have left super happy! thank you so much for your help! if you need anything, ask laura because she knows exactly what she is doing!

Came in and was immediately greeted by Jessica. I had what I thought was a weird request, I wanted to get tester spray strips of cologne for a friend of mine to take back to him, who was too nervous to come in by himself. (haha, men) Jessica was so helpful and didn’t even bat an eye and immediately wanted to help and grabbed my list and got to work. Friend had 3 colognes he wanted to smell, Jessica loaded me up with plenty of tester strips to bring back to him thanks to her recommendations. She even labeled each one! She had great recommendations and my friend was very please with all her choices! She was super real and we had some laughs. Didn’t even feel like I was talking to an employee, felt like talking to a friend. Give that girl some props! My friend ended up going in and purchasing one of her recommendations later that day.

TLDR. I made an appointment with Rikita C, was on time and I had to cancel the appointment because I would have waited 1+ hour to get my haircut. I booked at other Ultas before and the Factoria location is much better.
I booked at 3:30pm last Friday and took work off. I arrived at 3:20pm and waited until 4pm then decided to ask how much longer. They said it would take 20 more minutes which would have been almost an hour waiting. I gave the feedback that they should have let me know if there was going to be a delay this long but they just blamed the other customer saying they didn't know what they wanted.
The point isn't that you didn't make my appointment time, the point was you knew how much extra time you needed but let me sit there anyways.

Wow the employees here are very kind, attentive and helpful. Even the managers are so sweet. I even asked for a manager so I could compliment the service here. I just moved to Renton so I came in for some products and I left feeling very very happy. I wish I could remember the employees names. There was some things out of stock but that is not the employees fault. Great job Renton ulta! ?

Taryn rang me up and was so informative and helpful! Apparently when I started my Ulta account, my birthday was input wrong and Taryn explained to me what I could do for the problem, even giving me tips on our to use a coupon and etc once I get it sorted. But what made this a stellar experience was that she went above and beyond and asked her manager if I could still receive my birthday gift. She was so kind and so helpful. We need more people like her in customer service.

Jazzy at the salon is a great stylist. My 14 year old son's hair has gone from straight to wavy in the past year and he's been having trouble with figuring out how to style it. Last November, Jazzy gave him a cut that really worked for his new hair type, showed him how to style it and suggested a styling product. Today she cut my hair and it's fantastic. I have a short inverted bob that I change up frequently, as I get tired of having the same cut at all times. I showed her about 3 photos of things that I liked, and asked her to do what she thought would work best, and she came up with an overall look that I love. She's cut my hair a couple of other times in the past year when my regular stylist at another salon was unable to fit me in, but now she will be my regular stylist. Everyone that I have interacted with in the past couple of years have all been very friendly and helpful.
