The web site for this facility advertises 24 hour video surveillance. That is a flat out lie. The only surveillance is one camera at the front gate. There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. We just went to get the RV in May of 2023 and discovered that someone had jimmied the back emergency window and had been sleeping in out motorhome! Again, the facility personnel did not care. If you are looking for secure outside storage for your RV, boat or other item this is not the place! Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

We have been there since 2019 and have discovered that this place runs a little false advertising. The big thing is that this place is not secure, and does not provide any outside video surveillance for vehicle, boat, and RV parking areas. Since storing our RV there it has been damaged by someone last year, and we recently had our catalytic converter stolen. The website advertises video surveillance, but except for the main entry gate I have seen no evidence of such surveillance, and they admit that there is none for the outside storage areas. And then to add insult to injury the day after the catalytic converter incident we get a letter stating that our rental rate is going up 20%! We are actively looking for other options. Beware if you want to store an RV or boat at this facility.

I have not had any issues in over one year of renting here. Granted, my unit is indoors and not one accessed only on the exterior of a building. But I could not see or notice any water intrusion in the building I rent out of, or in my own personal unit. If people were writing a lot of reviews during and after January 2020, I could understand, because that was an extraordinary and strange rain month; as in, bad things can happen in extraordinary weather events. The office staff has always been very friendly to me and I have never had an issue getting inside or to my unit. Recommended!

Saw a review that said this place is ran by ladies so we came to check it out. The ladies in the office were wonderful and very helpful/informative. They didn’t have the size we needed but helped us by showing us other options that eventually worked out better than we’d hoped. Walking through the facility, it was very clean and the move in process was much easier than the expected. They took their time explaining things. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needed a storage. They’re the cheapest around and the units are very good quality. There’s an on-site live in manager and keypad access to get in and out. Bessie and Kat were amazing and very friendly! Check them out!

I’m renting a 10x10 unit for a great price. The unit is perfect with great lighting and the building is clean. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is very helpful. Won’t be leaving here anytime soon.

The ladies are wonderful and very helpful. When ever I need help the ladies never say no. Even when it seems to be a mans job, they do it. I'm so happy there are ladies instead of men at this facility. The men at Storage on 4th are rude and just horrible. Even though U store Renton seems outdated, and they need some major renovations inside, their customer service is the best and PRICE too and i would store with them again when I move back.

Friendly customer service and the storage sheds have timed lighting so that you can load or unload after dark.
