I was told to go to this location to get my tires measured. This was to be sure it would fit on the auto transport. The two people at the conter had no idea what I was talking about. They were very nice. Maybe train your employees for all services that go on there.

Rented a 10' truck to move, estimated 10 miles for the move. Went 12 miles. Stayed within budget. Will use again if necessary. Only a couple of blocks away.

Awful. I got a three hour rental $19.95+$1.19 a mile, and when I returned it she charged me an additional $64 for gas (I drove 40 miles). They did not have me agree to a contract, give me a summary of charges, or make any mention of gas charges on top of mileage charges when I picked up. When she gave me the receipt with this charge I asked if I could fill it myself and she refused. Doubled the cost of my rental.

We have been renting car hauler trailers from these guys off and on since 2020. To reserve, it's an easy online process. To pick up, it is quick to pop in and they get your paperwork and you get going. Every trailer or tow dolly we have rented has been in good working order with functioning lights and tires are fine. We do our hauling and then we return it. There is a hassle-free return by pulling into the back of the shop. On occasion there has been short staffing, like everywhere lately, but overall a great experience. Glad these guys are here because we can keep renting haulers for many many times before it would make sense to go buy one, plus find somewhere to store it. Thanks, U-Haul!

They do not advertise their propane prices for a good reason – are the most expensive in town. You can actually do a cylinder exchange cheaper in dealing with them. They charge me almost $30 to fill up a 5 gallon tank.

What is the purpose of having customers mask up if you as a store employee and management don't wear masks? Makes no sense.

This place was terrible. They didn’t have the moving equipment that we ordered so we had to drive 15 minutes to another uhaul to get it. THEN that place didn’t have it either so we had to drive another half hour in the wrong direction. At this point it’s taken 3 hours and 3 different Uhaul locations just to get our stuff that should have been ready at the first place. This location should be shut down.

Friendly and courteous service. Reserve van early because of limited availability.

No trucks available, didn't recommend any alternatives, no help. Just a gas station really.

Great folks always helping with a smile. Propane prices are usually lower than other dealers in the area. Difficult to get larger RVs into and out of the parking lot for fill.

This was by far the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. The guy working was beyond not normal to begin with. The engine would barely start so we asked for a new truck and he refused to give us a new one even though they had multiple trucks just sitting there. He also acknowledged that the truck had been giving them problems the day before and when asked if it had been repaired he said "no but it will be fine you just have to have the magic touch". He also did not bother to have us do the safety walk through where you walk around the truck and circle all of the damages that are noticeable on the truck, or check the mileage to make sure it was properly recorded. The entire truck smelled like disgusting fermenting wine. While driving around we constantly had issues getting the truck to start, including trying for over an hour at one point. The check tire pressure notification also kept coming on the entire trip, and kept switching which tire we were supposed to check. The gas gauge was also incorrect because it kept switching from full to 1/4 tank so we probably paid way too much for gas. One of the front headlights was also out.. And to top everything off, since the truck didn't come with a lock, the back door opened while we were on the freeway and caused more damage than we paid for the truck. When we went back and repeated the story we were told we would be refunded if we went back and talked to the mangager at some point the next day. However, when I went back it was the same guy and he was extremely rude to me and told me that he never said we would be refunded and that the manager is only there in the morning. So now we have called the manager who said he would call back to get it refunded and then he just called again and changed his mind. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
