My wife and I had a great experience buying a new vehicle here. Thanh Nguyen was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had called ahead to check if the car we wanted was still there and he had it out front waiting for us when we arrived. Finance rep was clear and concise and nice as well. They were kind enough to put on our license plates when they arrived at the dealership. Overall, a really good experience every step of the transaction.

Service Rep Jalen was great! Very friendly and courteous. Seems very genuine. I would recommend Toyota of Renton solely on Jalen's customer service skills!The facility here is clean and the communication on the status updates are accurate. Fun to look at the cars in the lot too. Complimentary water and coffee. The only negative thing is they don't vacuum or wash your car after service. Maybe it's just a luxury I'm used to at Brotherton with my other car. But even Honda in Auburn offers a car wash voucher.

I talked to Massamba Djitte on the phone the day before and got the info I needed as far as pricing etc and we came down, saw the car, negotiated the particulars and he was very pleasant and helpful without so much of the usual back & forth nonsense we were getting from other dealers. They worked with us like they actually wanted to sell the car and it was quite refreshing!

recently had the pleasure of working with a Toyota Renton car specialist Guanhong Yu who provided an exceptional level of service. From the moment I walked into the dealership, this salesperson went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car within my budget. These clowns play games. Or at least 1 of them does. The jackass with the tattoos and hair that doesn't look like it's seen shampoo or conditioner in decades.Even when giving the correct part numbers, they claim they don't have them, or it's the wrong number. Yet talk to a different person there or call another dealer's parts department and you get what you need quickly and easily without a fuss.They should just tell everyone to go to the service department & not buy parts they're going to make it this hard on purpose so they can make the real profits there.

SHOUTOUT TO DANIEL, Assistant service manager just go to Burien Toyota Went in on a Thursday afternoon to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 11 but didn't get there till 1pm. Was a wait to get to talk to someone then a three hour wait for the oil change. That was fine. I was fine waiting but what i wasn't fine was that Daniel wasn't accommodating. Since it was a three hour wait, I asked if they can shuttle me somewhere, he said yes but couldn't get me back and I would have to find my own ride. I asked if they provide ride share and they said you order that on your own and they don't provide it. I said what are my other options and he said to wait. So my options are wait for three hours at the dealership or get stranded somewhere. He even gaslighted me and said they don't provide shuttles for oil change and is only doing it because it is busy which is a lie because they provide shuttles for any services. Puyallup, south Tacoma, and Burien all provide shuttles to and from the dealership as well a ride share. I then told daniel that I had an appointment at 11am but it was now a little before 1pm and he said I can get the car done in an hour and a half. I said what stopped you from saying that before and overestimating everyone. Trying to make me feel "special". He couldn't guarantee me a time by 2 and he could guarantee me 230. I asked if it wasn't done by then if I would get a discount. He said no. He said no to everything I asked for. I had up to 3 hours to lose and he had nothing to lose. He wasn't accommodating at all and did not respect me. I left and went to Burien Toyota. Though still a 3 hour wait but they weren't going to leave me stranded and weren't assholes. I observed logan and Daniel talking shit about a customer in front of me because logan customer had a check engine light on. logan told him the diagnosis was $218 just to check what it was but the code reader read that it was just the o2 sensor. Logan then went on to be disrespectful and non accommodating with no compassion and had a take it or leave it attitude, the customer eventually left with no services. All in all, these guys did not show compassion and were not respectful of their customers and their time.

This place is literally a*s. Salesperson made absolutely no effort in helping us. It was obvious he assumed we weren't going to buy today. He was also a terrible liar with very obvious tells. Ended up going to Subaru around the corner and ended up leaving with the forester wilderness. And the service was significantly better.

We bought a new 2022 RAV4 nine months ago. We were provide only one key at the time, due to the chip shortage. Nine months have gone by and Toyota still has not provided the second key for the vehicle. Utterly ridiculous.When I talk to the dealer, they tell me it's totally out of their control. Only Toyota Corporation knows when or if it will ever be sent.

Thanh Nguyen, a car guru introduced himself to me and listened to my needs for a newer automobile. We then looked at their inventory of vehicles I was interested in and he was very knowledgeable and communicative with me when describing each one. After many questions and answers I decided I wanted one of their models that very much met my needs and expectations. I did buy that RAV 4 Hybrid and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with it and Thanh's friendliness and professionalism. John McK
