I do not recommend this shop for poor quality of product and services! I bought a engaged Diamond ring set 2016 take to appraiser they give me poor quality diamond with hole in the bottom of diamond. They did not telling me time of sales so now I wanted to exchange to new designs but they only want to give 80% of it's worth of diamond only and no value on the Platinum metal. They won't exchange because their policy is only 30 days of purchase which no where in the contract to be written.

Stopped in to get my wife’s wedding band repaired and the team was great to work with. Everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back for my future jewelry purchases.

I have dealt with Brenda several times trying to get my diamond of choice. She has been so patient and kind, never rushing me to make a purchase or getting what a didn’t exactly want. Well today was the day! I found my diamond snd a beautiful gold bracelet (it wasn’t my intention to buy it), but I couldn’t help myself! The price I just couldn’t pass up! So I’m so happy with my purchases. I highly recommend this store for anyone! Brenda was my attendant, but Beverly helped also, and was very kind and helpful also!???

Fast and trustworthy.Brought back my mothers ring and it’s brand new. I know you might think the location is bad cuz Renton but don’t make you change your mind cuz of that. It’s a legit jewelry place! Come check it out! I always leave with something!!! :)

Highly recommend this jewelry store.We are so happy with the rings we purchased. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Kayla is the lady that helped us ,and she was awesome. It's worth the drive even if you live in Vancouver BC.
