Tina and Brenda have gone out of their way to help sell my home, through no fault of them or me, this had a few bumps in the road, they kept me updated constantly on what was happening, they came in and staged my home beautifully. Before i even signed with them, they helped me find liquidators, landscapers, etc. I really truely felt they cared about my home and myself. They definitely earned their wages on this one. My wishes and wants were addressed right away with professionalism, caring, and inspiration. I could not have gotten through this stressful time without them. They are true professionals and friends. Tina was absolutely amazing with helping us purchase our new home. We had a very busy schedule and was able to find times to show us several different homes before we landed on ours. Tina provided great feedback on all of the houses we looked at. She also was able to work with our lender to make that process smooth as well. Not only was she able to provide a fantastic experience with our purchase, she also provided and helped facilitate vendors to help us do work to our house prior to us moving in (painters, plumbers, electricians, etc). We are super grateful for the service that Tina and her team were able to provide and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again Tina!

I can't recommend Tina highly enough! She was a huge help both in selling my home and in purchasing my new townhouse. Tina provided me with update and staging advice, loaned me staging materials, recommended contractors, arranged for beautiful pictures and a great listing, and used her killer negotiation skills to get us the most out of our multiple-bid situation.She then held my hand through a much more challenging purchasing process, where she was always quick to respond and communicate with other agents, provided great market advice, and persistently insisted that my seller's make good on fixes they had agreed to.Tina will not rest until you are happy with your real estate transaction. Tina was awesome to work with from start to finish! She maintained a positive balance of advising me and respecting my decisions. It was not a favorable market for sellers when I listed my condo, but she was aggressive (in a good way) in marketing and following up with agents. I was able to sell and she negotiated a deal that worked in my favor. I appreciated all of her hard work especially since my condo was a relatively lower price point. I highly recommend her!

Not enough words to describe Tina. She truly was the best realtor we have ever worked with. We we’re blessed to get the chance to work with her during our home buying process in Washington. As new residents, we had little to no knowledge of the best areas for our little family. From house hunting to closing Tina was with us all the way.
