Best shop I’ve ever been to.
They were determined to find a noise my truck was making intermittently.
I couldn’t figure it out, another shop couldn’t figure it out, but The Garage was committed to solving the mystery, honest about the timeline, and were incredibly generous while billing me despite the time they put in.
10/10 it’s hard to find honest and fair shops.
I won’t be going anywhere else.

As a single woman it’s hard to find a shop that you can trust. “The Garage” is that place. Daniel spells everything out & tells you what you need & most important “what you DONT NEED.” The only problem is it’s the best game in town & the word is out on how amazing this place is. You might have to wait a few days to get your vehicle in? Phenomenal customer service!

I have brought my car here 3 times now and they have been amazing each time! Their pricing is very good compared to other places, they do quality work in a timely manner, and they worked out scheduling with me to get what I needed done in a short time frame! Definitely going to be using them as my regular mechanics anytime I need work done. Shout out to Daniel who had been so helpful each time as well. Amazing job guys!

I was very happy with my experience. This place is super professional and I love how they send work needing to be done with pics and pricing
via links so I can approve and see what needs to be done on my vehicle. Pricing was fair. They just make everything easier. I'll be back!

Both me and my girlfriend have had work done by The Garage and they have been great to work with. Their staff are always very personable while being professional as well. They have listen to the issues the vehicles had, did a complete inspection, and gave very detailed reports as to what was fine, what may become a problem and what was a critical issue. We are both very pleased with The Garage and will continue to have them service our vehicles.

Amazing crew!! Super sweet and personable. Things did NOT go the way that I planned with my vehicle. However, they did a thorough check of my car and found more issues than I knew about. They were very upfront about the issues and did their best to give me a variety of options that fit my situation. I will be recommending The Garage to all of my friends and they will be my go-to mechanic in the future. Very compassionate and understanding. Highly recommend!

Overall we really like The Garage. They are honest with what is going on with the car, they make recommendations for things that can be done in the future, and they do good work! The main reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were asked to bring our car in on Tuesday ( a week after we had called to schedule service) and by Thursday morning they still had not looked at the car. We needed the car back by Monday evening / Tuesday morning. Daniel did tell us they were short handed in the shop when we dropped it off, but we didn’t expect them to not get to it until Friday or Monday even. So once they are no longer short handed I am sure it will go back to better service on that front. They really are good folks there!!

Daniel at the garage in renton answered the phone. We were breaking down about 60 miles east of renton in cle Elum Washington. Being as there weren't many options I cle elum I continued heading west on the 90. This way we could find more hotels and businesses to assist us while we were waiting for our truck to be fixed. Our rear differential went on us and when Daniel said the garage would be able to get the part and get us fixed fairly quick considering we didn't have an apt and they had other vehicles to do. We knew right where to head. We were in a room for 12 days 2 of which were sat and Sunday and 3 of which we waited for the parts to come in. The folks at the garage not only had it done the day Daniel said but gave us a great warranty. We were able to finish our trip from syracuse ny and didn't have a worry. We're back home now and I'm thankful for the hard working mechanics at the garage in renton.

Love love LOVE this place. Will not take my car anywhere else...even though I now live in Kent. Daniel is great to work with and always tries his best to get me in ...even when they're booked up already.
Never have to worry about their honesty or trustworthiness. They already have so much business....they don't NEED to scam you. It serves their interests better to be honest in their interactions, and thankfully they always, always are.
