My husband and I have lived here for over four years now and it has been a vast improvement since The new management came in. They’ve been responsive and patient and helpful. We love living in the Fairwood Community as it is close to restaurants and shops and Valley Medical Center. Each time my husband and I go into the leasing office they always Take the time to address our concerns or questions especially Hiro. This new management has been proactive in making some much needed renovations. They are more approachable and are generally making an effort in creating a happier living environment. The apartment Where I live is in a quiet cul-de-sac and rarely Do we hear our neighbors. I truly enjoy living here and it feels like home. parking has always been an issue, but they are also trying to address that as well.

I’ve been here so long, and it’s amazing!! The office people are really nice!!! I find it cool that there has been so many changes, it’s astonishing?? The park is great, the new apartment colors and it’s wonderful!! The new management, the people, Everything!

I moved in in July 2024 and I could not be happier! The staff is wonderful and responsive, maintenance is amazing. Community is in the process of a face lift and the changes are beautiful. Love it here!

Don’t move here. I was going to move into the town home in Aug. had to change my move in date to sept not a big deal, but I call, email multiple times a week and nobody from management can return any of my messages. Communication is complete garbage. Now that I need my down payment back they want to not answer period. I will now have to go through court to get it back. Don’t move her ever.

Since this apartment management company took over it has been a complete downward spiral. The office staff is uneducated, inexperienced, and unreliable. No one responds to emails, voicemails, letters, or messages through their website. The only way I can get responses is to walk into the office, and even then the office staff rarely knows what is going on.
Some examples:
The management team frequently attach notices of entry to doors that have the wrong date on them.
There are cars parked in most fire lanes at all times of day.
Fire hydrants are blocked or have trash bags over them.
The valet trash collection contract company (that we pay over $30 for) only picks up trash about half of the time, and leave trash bags at the curb almost every day.
I have had the same maintenance service requests in their system for months.
I have sent photo proof of several of these topics to the management team, in case anyone thinks I am just a disgruntled tenant. This apartment complex has gone downhill so fast. Do not live here, they charge way too much for a subpar experience.
