Service was great. The past two times this cashier named Carson was just so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond for my girls and I. We were somewhat difficult trying to figure out the payments and separating items and he was also so patient and gave some recommendations. It's not often you meet extremely friendly workers he are great at the job and maintain positivity.

Come on. I came in for 2 things, had neither. Store was messy and not well stocked. This one is usually better than that. Hoping it was just easter madness.

Target is and will always be my favorite store. The drive up option is a wonderful thing Target has added. Unfortunately customers will choose to park there to go inside the store which has made it hard from time to time to find a spot, other than that I will always be a Target shopper!!

It is insane to me how people with low star (bad) reviews will complain about their own incompetency.. this store is run by teenagers who are learning and gaining experience. The store is mostly locked up because of the insane amount of theft and unfortunately due to state laws, security/asset protection aren't allowed to take action unless it's over a certain threshold. Some days the store has less employees on shift and some days the store has more employees on shift. Learn to be patient and act like an actual adult. I highly suggest everyone try going to any other target and see if its even CLOSE to being as good as this one as it is already.. go to a Seattle target and you'll find out why their stores are closing. "Disorganized", "staffing issues", and "long check out lines", well no f*cking sh*t you decided to go to a busy store in a popular outlet on an afternoon Fri - Sat - Sun.. please learn to be more respectful. You have absolutely no right to criticize unless you have worked in a customer service field for at LEAST a year once in your life. It's actually incredibly miserable and baffling how entitled some people can be. Be kind to service people and you'll come to find they'll be happy to help you in any way they can.

Why does every employee at this target look they don't want to be there. All the cashiers are literally just standing there or talking to each other instead of checking people out. I was going to pay for my things.... already had them on the belt and the cashier just walked away and told me to go to another one that was open. Mind you there was no sign that said she was closed neither was her light off and why wait until I put my things on the belt to tell me to go to a different one. Then I go to the other cashier and he doesn't even greet me and took him a while to start scanning my things. When he was done he didn't even tell me my total. Do they now just expect us to look at the screens for our total? Do you want me to bag my own things as well? Do you want me to give myself the change as well? Jesus Christ! I'm sorry you guys hate your job lmao and maybe open up more self check outs.

This target is larger and better organized than the factoria target. I was there at closing last night and i left my phone on the shopping cart after packing up. Came home and then started tearing up the house and car, calling my phone. Realized it was on the cart. Drove back to target and some young kid off work probably tired or ready to go out stayed extra 20 min to get a hold of someone still working. Got my phone back and felt appreciative. Wish I got the kids name or the manager. Very helpful! Good job target

I LOVE target, spend so much money and time in their stores & app but this one sucks! Their customer service is trash and a lot of their POS devices are broken. Have worked with their CX several times to do exchanges-returns and have had to escalate to a manager several times who also gives equally horrible customer service. It's like everyone who works here hates their life lol. Go to a diff target & save the hassle. Just exchanged pants that were 30% off for a diff size and ended up paying $2 more? Bc their system doesn't work. And was told I'd get a refund bc I was originally incorrectly charged full price and I didn't.

I love target and there store is always clean . The customer service at the customer service center is what knocked them off a point . There is a younger woman who works there with black curly hair and she's externally rude . Also some attendants roaming the floor in different departments are in a hurry or rude as well. I come into target just about 3 times a week spending my money and I think I should be treated better. Another thing is I wish they had a better produce section. It's always empty and sometimes when I come in for products on the app it will say that it's in sock and it won't be when I get I get there . I ask a associate and they don't even assist on looking for the item . Hopefully others experience better customer service experience than I do.

I ordered a 4.4CU Mini fridge on the Target website because it had a discount, but only if you ordered it online and picked it up. I had placed the order to pick up the item in West Seattle (The site said they had three in stock.), but almost three hours later I got an email telling me that was wrong and I'd have to pick a different store or cancel the order. So I decided that I'd try Renton. Amazingly, I got an email an hour later that I could go pick up the item. I don't like the Renton Target mostly because it's farther away and that's a waste of gas, but also because that parking lot is bedlam. Once I got into the store, I had to wait at the pickup counter an inordinate amount of time while there was only one person there and she was on the phone. Then one of their people put the fridge I was picking up sideways on the cart, rather than taking it out on the flatbed cart for me. (I would have just taken it myself if I had any notion the joker was going to pull that maneuver.) So now it can't be used for 24 hours until the refrigerant settles. It can damage the fridge. So I put in the order, waited for hours (More than the two quoted on the site) then got an email saying it was out of stock, waited an hour and went to Renton instead. Then this guy upended the device so I have to wait to use it. So that was a waste of gas, time, and my stress. I'd say next time just skip to the end and punch me in the face or something, but there won't be a next time.

Target has a clean parking lot. Target always has stuff you don't need but you end up putting in the cart and taking home to brighten up your home!

Tried calling to check on an item for about 30-40 min not one phone call was answered. Tried multiple departments but not one answer just ringing until it drops the call eventually. 0/10 due to no service provided or given.
