It is insane to me how people with low star (bad) reviews will complain about their own incompetency.. this store is run by teenagers who are learning and gaining experience. The store is mostly locked up because of the insane amount of theft and unfortunately due to state laws, security/asset protection aren't allowed to take action unless it's over a certain threshold. Some days the store has less employees on shift and some days the store has more employees on shift. Learn to be patient and act like an actual adult. I highly suggest everyone try going to any other target and see if its even CLOSE to being as good as this one as it is already.. go to a Seattle target and you'll find out why their stores are closing. "Disorganized", "staffing issues", and "long check out lines", well no f*cking sh*t you decided to go to a busy store in a popular outlet on an afternoon Fri - Sat - Sun.. please learn to be more respectful. You have absolutely no right to criticize unless you have worked in a customer service field for at LEAST a year once in your life. It's actually incredibly miserable and baffling how entitled some people can be. Be kind to service people and you'll come to find they'll be happy to help you in any way they can.

A lot of things are locked up, things that shouldn't be. And good luck waiting for an associate to help, I was waiting for assistance for 10 minutes after calling them 3 times. Can't even buy alcohol bottles because no one ever shows up to help. The store has gone downhill

The Starbucks kiosk followed the drink order very well! ? The items available in the store in general were quite nice and not too pricey. ? Checkout was fast. Woohoo to having checkers and the self check!

Maybe we just went on a bad day, but this store seemed disorganized and out of a lot of things. I'm guessing staffing is an issue but this felt more like a Walmart than a Target in terms of how clean and stocked things were.

Target Landing location has a prominently display of Chinese New Year celebration products. Good job well done for acknowledging the most important Chinese holiday!

Needed baby formula and was able to pick up soon after order was placed. Thank you for having it in stock and being so quick! I didn't wait long for staff to come out to car.

Pretty much the only target around. None of the sensors work for getting things you need and everything is locked up. No way to get alcohol, detergent, medicine and basic items since everything is locked up and nobody actually works here or helps you. Rarely has items you need in stock but at least the store is clean and employees are very friendly

Why does every employee at this target look they don't want to be there. All the cashiers are literally just standing there or talking to each other instead of checking people out. I was going to pay for my things.... already had them on the belt and the cashier just walked away and told me to go to another one that was open. Mind you there was no sign that said she was closed neither was her light off and why wait until I put my things on the belt to tell me to go to a different one. Then I go to the other cashier and he doesn't even greet me and took him a while to start scanning my things. When he was done he didn't even tell me my total. Do they now just expect us to look at the screens for our total? Do you want me to bag my own things as well? Do you want me to give myself the change as well? Jesus Christ! I'm sorry you guys hate your job lmao and maybe open up more self check outs.

The cashier was extremely rude and snarky and I’m assuming it’s because I was checking out right before they closed. I tried my best to make it in and out but no one ever came when I rang the assistance bell in the baby section so I was stalled for an additional 20 minutes.

The locked cases make quick purchases impossible. Staff was not responsive to the calls from the contraption they use. Had to walk around the store to find an employee. Took 10 mins to get nasal strips when it should have been seconds.

Depending on the time you arrive this target it’s hit or miss. Around 6-close it seems like no one in the floor wants to help out anymore.We rang the bell in baby section a few times over the span of 15 minutes, courtesy time as working retail sucks, so I get it.We finally had to flag down a worker as the baby food we were looking for was not on the shelf yet targets website said there were five left. The lady that “helped” out looked at her handheld and let us know that they were just out of stock.Last time we got this baby food we were told it was kept in their warehouse since it was an expensive item… out of curiosity I asked a different associate if they had any stock, she looked at her handheld and told us yes it is, it will be in the baby food section.If my wife didn’t love target so much i would probably never walk into one again, but from now on I’ll convince her to go to the one in the issy rather than this location

I lost my wallet in this target and immediantly the employees were so helpful!! Every staff member I spoke to was so nice and helped me eventually find my wallet. Such good customer service!
