Very friendly staff, easy going and very helpful!We bought a phone from a private seller and the team here was able to verify that the phone isn’t black listed or not financed.They helped us transfer our information from old phone to new phone and everything was quick and smooth.Thank you so much for your help!

First of all, you need more people working at this location. Second, I just wanted to upgrade my phone. I stated that I wanted to upgrade to a certain phone and they just keep yacking until I got a different phone and an additional phone line that I honestly never asked for. Also, she was singing almost the entire time while helping us and took forever because she was too busy singing. Girl you can't sing, so why do you think I want to hear it? Lack of professionalism and crooked sales people.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from any store. No attempt to help you and the staff seem like they don’t care about helping people out. There was a long line of people and not even a glance to acknowledge them.

Katy was amazing with helping with all of my needs! She was able to get me my phone for free with a lower cost by adding a line to my account and even got me some free watches! My bill is still less than it would have been with just an upgrade! Definitely appreciate knowing the sales so well to be able to get me all of those promotions!

Very long wait no matter the day. They wouldn't let me trade in my phone and said I had to mail in when the email I have from T-Mobile specifical says I can drop off at a store. employee just didn't want to take the return. Made no sense at all. Just didn't want to bother taking my return and helping me. Against company policy.

If I could give this store a negative review I would! I went into the the store because I was new in the area and my son who is 7 years old needed a phone for before and after school. I’m a single working Mother with 3 children. I was told that my sons phone was free (iPhone 13) with a transferring of lines. Brittney who is the Manager tells me to do all this stuff to obtain the free phone(which isn’t free at all) then she adds on a kids watch and a Apple Watch that was under promo! NOT true.She lied about all of it! I then ended up retuning the kids watch had to pay the restocking fee. Then I go to return the Apple Watch and again I’m charged a restock fee and she called the POLICE. She gave me no receipt and I was charged for an Apple block that I didn’t receive. I walked out the door paying $317 and didn’t even know it . The police told me they have been called 5x the past couple of weeks.This gave me the realization that she has been crooked and deceitful to many people. The sad part is she is training her employees to be just like her. I will call corporate, district manager and everybody else. This is unacceptable!!

They never answer their calls. I tried to upgrade my phone and there was only one person on the floor and you could hear the rest of the workers in the back laughing while 4-5 different groups of customers just waited on the floor. One guy was in here for so long he finally asked when their coworkers were coming out and the response he got was a shoulder shrug.

She blames issues on “corporate” rather than taking ownership and solving problems.The response below is a standard boilerplate response to my review. It offers no assistance to resolve the problem. Very disappointing from T-mobile.

Very slow! With 3 ppl in line it took me an hour to finally start talking to a representative. Seriously TMobile close this franchise because the customer service is not on par with other locations.

Poor service. Firstly slow, bunch of customers- more than handful of people Oni the back slacking off. Second, I took my “iPhone on us” deal to the store. Not only did they mislead me into obtaining a different phone not on the deal, they also subsequently still charged me restocking fee when I returned it subsequently . I kept asking them to verify with T-Mobile 611- as hq was the one who gave me instructions on how to get this done at their store. Third, refused to help me figure out further solutions and just wanted to get rid of me . “Manager busy in the phone” , “you will have to get this figured out on the phone with 611”. Thanks for wasting a few hours of my life (between last week and today)
