Visited 3 times within 2 weeks since we switched from Verizon, they said I was lucky because Verizon transferring is the most easy one but never happened on my case. The first visit, they made transferring my Verizon accounts all 3 line, then they asked me to access the Verizon pay off information. It was painful process, as we changed SIM card under T, there was no way to get the verification process from Verizon after the transfers. I physically visited Verizon shop to pullout the last bill then brought it back, then they need another information which they can't find it from the bill. Also we were told (only "told", they never showed us any brochure or screens that shows the details of promotions ) they will pay off the balance of my phones AND upgrades the all each phones up to $800 but ended up paying us this phone balance of $500 value, because another complicated process, which I even don't remember why, and they found my kid's phone was damaged, which they've been knowing his phone using this transfer, then another layer of process for the damaged phone transfer.... Such as it took me 3 hours process there and only one phone successfully transferred, and one of another line is disabled due to unsuccessful transfer because of not receiving PIN code from Verizon.... This is another morning after spending 3 hours there last night. Andy was very helpful and patience for entire process but wished more trained professionals would handled for our case. There was a guy, who seems trained and knowledgeable, but he was the one who told us all these promotions but he transferred to the untrained person because I was looked like a monster client. This is the reason WHY I didn't want to transfer my carrier for long time but it was my kids favor as only T-Mobile offers free WIFI during the flight, but ended up I paid $500 my balance paid off with this pain, I would rather to pay flight WIFI instead. Anyway. They're trying to resolve the problem and we appreciated it but I'm writing this review while I'm holding on the customer service on the other line. It's plenty enough to share our story. The guy who has a big month even told me that he can't handle this because your case needs to be involved by their manager, who earn more salary than him, so he made us an appointment with the manager but he didn't but he just placed to back to Andy, who was a poor guy to deal with us. I even felt sorry for him for being so hard time with us.

Came in tonight looking to buy a new phone hardly anything in stock the tall guy with the curly hair so I said can you fix this I've been having problems with my phone and ever since I got it he said that I did it I probably did but it happens all the time with this phone I've had nothing but problems he wants to argue with me about it what happened to customer service. Instead of arguing why couldn't he just say will work on it and see what we can do for you

First of all this does not refer to this exact location more this was during my chat attempts on their website not once but twice I had employees do absolutely nothing to help me with my issue but waste my time ask me the dumbest questions tell me to wait while they go and look into the issue never come back with an answer they just closed the chat that happened twice I've wasted almost 2 hours of my time trying to do their Chat thing it's ridiculous ridiculous I am officially done with T-Mobile you guys will no longer get my money I'm off I'm out I'm done finito it's over y'all just lost a long time customer cuz you know why y'all some hoopties I'm going with Verizon

If it's a phone store, it should have phones but it doesn't have anything, it's just a waste of time. The only good thing is that you can buy portable internet and a Fast Line account.

Only one star since I can't leave this blank. I live close by but take by business toothed stores where the staff is trained. I have been lied to multiple times about t-mobile promos and charges/policies. Better to change all staff or close

Joshua and Jesus did an amazing job walking us through the process of switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, giving us the best service and the best bundle deal. I would highly recommend T-Mobile and especially this location and staff to anyone eager to switch to premium service from another carrier. Couldn't be happier!

My Mother and I were just a the T Mobile Renton Highlands store. Jonathan WAS AMAZING!!!! He saved us from having to go to another store to get a cable. I have been a T Mobile customer for several years. I would HIGHLY recommend this store as Jonathan and his team are very accommodating and efficient. GREAT customer service!

Please avoid this location! Stopped by at 8.20pm on Saturday and the manager told me that they decided to close the store even it should be open until 9pm. Without letting me finish he closed the door in front of my face. Definitely expected better customer care from t mobile

Teamwork is always appreciated. I managed to get to the store at a slack moment when all three reps were available.They were able to adapt gracefully to my information requests and pacing regarding the home internet service. Additionally, they exhibited teamwork. They all knew the answers and without being overwhelming or impatient they would chime in and keep the interaction moving at a friendly pace. The internet service is much better than the cable service I have had to utilize. I will be coming back to this store when it is time to change my cell service. I have hope that they will take the time and effort to port the phone number that I have had for more than 10 yrs.
