I had a very good men's hair cut, shampoo and conditioner experience. Super reasonable pricing. Very friendly and kind staff. You'll easily find parking. The location is super safe.

Great service and awesome haircut!My Mom and I walked in Thursday morning, no line, no waiting; 30min later we both left looking fresh with awesome cuts!Thank you Kim for doing a great job on my hair and thank you to the other stylist for taking great care of my Mom.My Mom is in a wheelchair and the service was great!

don't even bother telling them what hairstyle you want, the ladies there are just going to do whatever they feel like doing that day, which is give you a terrible haircut that's always way shorter than what you asked for. have pictures? doesn't matter, they'll straight up ignore it and do their own thing, and they've thinned my hair out and made it way too short. i've never been to a salon where everybody sucked at cutting hair but i guess there's a first time for everything. christ.

I usually go to the Burien location, but I had a great haircut when I stopped by this past Monday. Jenny cut my hair exactly how I like it. My hair spirals in such a way that if not cut right, I'll have a cow lick no matter what I do. Fortunately she nailed it. It's a little out of the way but worth the extra 15 minute drive for me if it means I get a good cut.

There is a lady there with short hair + glasses that will literally make you go bald. She doesn’t know how to remove tangles from people’s hair without yanking all the hair right out of the customer. Other than that one person the others are pretty good.Service: Haircut

I went in for a blow-dry and style. I made an appointment ahead of time so I would have time to get to my next appointment. I got in at my appointment time and they were busy with another client so they started my hair 20 min late. I have a lot of hair, which I have highlighted, so it's already a bit damaged. The person who did my hair did not fully blow dry it. In fact it was pretty wet still when she curled it with a curling iron. Sometimes I could hear some water sizzle.I'm scared about how much this has now damaged my hair. I'm really disappointed . It looked nice but was wet and crispy when I left.

Racism!!!!I needed a haircut, eyebrows and might hair color if time permits, I looked for salon near me and found them I gave them a call and the lady answered me was really nice with such a warm welcoming attitude she put me in for an appointment right the way for the next hour which was excellent for my schedule, I showed up after an hour as scheduled and the front desk lady gave me a look once I stepped in, she had a very bad attitude in front of my kids. She asked me is the haircut for ur kids? I answered It is for me as we discussed over the phone!! and she ignored me for no reason, I asked if they have a closed space/room to get the hair cut as I am Muslim with hijab she literally ignored me again pretending to answer the phone then answered NO with out looking at me I was like ok can I get my eyebrows done she ignored me again pretending to answer the phone the other lady employee sitting next to her kept giving me a look !! I decided to leave I let my kids stay out and I asked her why u giving me a look and talk to me with attitude is it because I am covered she didn’t even look at me and she just said NO and kept ignoring me and talking to the other woman next to her !!! All this happened in front of my 8&6 years daughters , I was so upset and they kept ignoring me I was standing there like no one seen!!!The nice way she answered my phone and her bad attitude when I showed up tells me she changed her attitude because of my hijab!! Racism right there!! With the presence of my kids made it worse what kind of a human she is? I thought we are done with racism!!
