HORRIBLE customer service. The old man in the front was extremely rude when we asked questions about picking up a uhaul at that location, when I reserved a truck at that location 1 month ago.
If management can have a talk with this man about his attetude and talk about racism like a kid ?that would be great he was there Friday Jun 28 @9.

Jordan Moa is very good person, Very professional and helpful. He runs The Storage one on Benson. I’ve been here 8 yrs and he’s always there to answer questions with mo problem. Went in on Labor Day for the sale and Tracy helped me get a good deal on my storage unit! Very helpful and kind. Also very clean office and storage placing!

First few days of rental, so far only good and consistent results. Most places you pay for cheap, you get cheap. This place isn't the cheapest, by all means of hyperbole, but certainly a deal compared to some.

Revision to previous post: due to a misunderstanding I thought the person bringing the truck was an employee who stopped and got lunch before returning the truck. The guy at the front was very helpful. I was upset with the guy driving bringing the truck back and thought he was an employee. Complete misunderstanding my needs have been more than met by the front staff.
