I went into the store today to get my annual books/papers coil bound when I was told that they could not do it because the papers were 3 hole punched. I told the employee/manager that I had it done last year and it was done beautifully with no problem. Hence, I was back. Plus, other people from my group have always come into the Staples at the Landing to get their books/papers coil bound even though the paper was 3 hole punched. The employee/manager refused to do it, insiting it could not be done. I was stunned. I asked why. He rudely said it could not be done because of the 3 hole punches and refused to do it. That made absolutely no sense to me. So, I walked out, went to a different Staples in Kent where the woman was incredibly kind and took my order with no problem. All I can say is the male employee, who may have been a manager, was incredibly rude and I will not be back. Nor will I recommend this store to anyone.

Had a 100+ page document to print out this morning; rush job. The person managing the print department was very professional while also ridiculously fast and efficient getting my order printed in ten minutes. This despite me not having a Staples account; new customer; in a rush.
Would gladly return to this Staples anytime a print job - rushed or not - was needed.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was at the checkout at Staples. The employees were amazing! One helped me get set up with my account and and I watched the other clerk help another older gentleman with his phone and email setup. They were so patient with us older people who didn’t grow up w technology. I was impressed with the kindness and compassion they displayed. Wow!!! Not something I experience regularly anymore. It felt good to not be treated as a dumb nuisance.

I know it’s their job to ask if we have the staples app downloaded to get discounts. But it’s gets annoying when they keep asking even after I say I don’t want to use it. The employee with the long hair is not very friendly.

The young staff is unethical and deceptive. My mail has been opened/stolen on several occasions. Their practices are deceitful and two-faced. I will not recommend this location.

I like it here, very nice staff. It is annoying seeing their employees wearing face diapers (September 2023) especially the guy with his hair in a ponytail wearing an eye-patch size "useless" face diaper. Probably someone needs to tell him that he looks ridiculous. Also the girl that likes to wear the useless rainbow face diaper, I get it, but you don't need to bring that to work and should wear something neutral in color.
