Woman who called the store was so rude, didn't get her name she just mumbled and proceeded to mock me when I only asked if she was here with delivery because she only said "(whatever her name was) calling from Springbrook Farms", and then total silencewhich means nothing to me as a cashier. I was just asking a simple question since she literally didn't say anything else like idk maybe explain after introducing yourself why you called?Ask for a manager next time who does the orders? Very unprofessional as she literally mocked me before I put her on hold.

Springbrook is very family oriented and run. We have a great team of employees who work honest and hard to ensure efficiency. It can be a very busy setting, however the environment remains joyful, good pay, and the owners constantly insure every individual is looked out for. It’s been a pleasure working at the farm and continuing to develop my business administration skills!

This morning, Monday, Sept. 12, I was verbally confronted by one of your drivers in front of the Central Building on 3rd Avenue in Seattle. The driver was telling me I had to move my car (I had just dropped off two passengers who work in the Central Building) because the spot was reserved for commercial deliveries.I pointed out the sign to the driver that clearly states that the loading zone is reserved for "3 minute passenger" load and unload only before 9am and after 3pm, and that I didn't appreciate his attitude. If you would like, I'd be happy to furnish pictures of the truck, and the loading zone sign.Truck #23.
