My cat, Mama, recently had a dental procedure with Spring Glen Vet, and everyone was so sweet and caring! They answered all my questions and even followed up the next morning to help explain any side effects and to check how Mama was doing. It’s obvious the people here really care about pets. My other cat, Sage, goes to them as well, and they are just as caring in a normal office visit as they are for surgeries. I’m so happy I found this clinic and their doctors!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped assuage my concerns and made sure I knew my options for care. Were honest and didn't feel like they were trying to "sell me" on any one particular course.

The kind staff of Spring Glen Veterinary always treats out little boy with the sweetest care. Our boy Teddy has anxiety issues around other dogs so we always appreciate Spring Glen's "curb side" service where they come to our car and pick Teddy up. Their service is wonderful and they always inform me of the most efficient way to pay with the lowest costs. We have been with Spring Glen for over 8 years now and are super satisfied! Thank you Spring Glen for taking such good care of our baby!

If you want 'regular health treatment' things? Go here...
If you need to let your pet 'sleep' ... do it elsewhere.
I had an amazing 14 year old cat ... and when they took him into the backroom they OD'd him on the sleeping injection so when they brought him back into the room ... his eyes were completely glazed over... he was in a drug induced haze ... they took the ability for me to say goodbye to him properly.
Do not trust this place for euthanasia, you will not be able to say goodbye to your fur baby.
EDIT: To respond to the reply ... I do not plan on getting another cat anytime soon ... and if I did, I would look elsewhere... the gal with the piercings took my baby into the backroom and he was so over-drugged when the gal with the tattoos brought him back in ... I couldn't say goodbye...
She went into gross detail about what would happen with the shots, and what my baby would go through physically as he'd pass... that was not needed... it was traumatizing ... but AFTER I was told all those things... she brought in my baby ... and his eyes were glazed over and the corners of his eyes had gone white from how pumped full of drugs he was...
You stole the last few minutes I was going to say goodbye to my baby... I will never forgive this place for this.
I luckily sang his 'calming lullaby' that he loved to hear me sing... it stopped him panicking ... but then he was taken from me, the cat brought back to the room was just a breathing body... my boy was gone.

The employees are very helpful and will sit and explain complicated treatments as necessary. They have an awesome office and treat animals with dignity. Would recommend for anyone looking for high quality customer and pet care

I've been bringing my dogs to Spring Glen for years. Care is always attentive and never hurried. They have been very patient when my dog has not been behaving at his best. Rates are reasonable, and care is always of the highest quality.

Thank you for all of your care and concern for Callie. She is doing better but still shaky on her feet. I think she’s more anxious when Jack or I leave home for more than a day. I’m hoping to travel with him on all the weekends this month so both of us will be with her. We will fill the sedative prescription for traveling as we go over and back to Ellensburg. Got me in that week and my fur baby well taken care of. I fully recommend to anyone wanting to find quality care for their pet. Online prescriptions were a breeze. My 15yr old Maltese got the medications he needed.

I used to work here. I continue to support and take my dog here. Although it's all new Vet techs;receptionist the customer service still is great!
