I was able get a very nice looking vehicle in October; and now I’m having car issues. I asked for my contract several times to where I having to get a lawyer and gave money for the car as a down payment which went towards the car not too. I appreciate them making a sale but at who’s cost watch anything that sounds to good so don’t set up yourself for failure only do what U can do, always make sure you have all your paperwork and don’t believe their there for you they are Salesmen at all time

I would like to thank Holly, Clair, Luis, and Miguel at sound national lending. I went in today 08-12-2023 to try and get a vehicle and work on rebuilding my credit and honestly I thought I wasn’t going to leave there with a car but these guys were awesome and made it happen for me. They were very friendly and helpful. They made me and my family feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. They were very helpful with questions I had and the whole process was very quick from start to finish. I’m very glad I came to them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends and in the future I definitely will be going back to them. So thank you guys for the experience and all your hard work. My family and I really do appreciate you guys.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a Subaru Forester from Sound Ford in Renton, Washington, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional encounters I have ever had when buying a car. From start to finish, the entire ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth, primarily due to the actions and behavior of one individual: Clair.To put it bluntly, Clair's attitude and demeanor were nothing short of terrible. She exhibited a complete lack of respect and empathy towards my wife and me, making derogatory remarks about our financial situation and even had the audacity to laugh in my wife's face. This kind of behavior is not only unbecoming of a salesperson but also utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.The entire process felt shady and dishonest. We were coerced into signing a contract that contained multiple inaccuracies, with false information about our rent, among other things. It's disheartening to see a dealership resort to such underhanded tactics, attempting to deceive customers instead of building trust and fostering a positive experience.Furthermore, the lack of transparency and integrity demonstrated by Sound Ford is deeply troubling. As consumers, we rely on dealerships to provide accurate and reliable information, ensuring a fair and honest transaction. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Sound Ford.I expected a level of professionalism and customer service that was sorely lacking at Sound Ford. It's disheartening to think that a dealership with such a tarnished reputation would allow someone like Clair to represent their establishment. Customers should feel valued and respected during their car-buying experience, and Sound Ford failed miserably in this regard.I urge prospective car buyers to exercise extreme caution when considering Sound Ford as their dealership of choice. The unprofessional behavior displayed by Clair and the shady practices employed by the dealership make it clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and honesty.In conclusion, my experience with Sound Ford and specifically Clair was nothing short of abysmal. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a reputable dealership to steer clear of Sound Ford, as their unprofessionalism and dishonesty cast a dark shadow over the entire car-buying process

Spent a whole day trynna get a car, They will give you a vehicle with no gas & when you ask for gas they will only put a quarter of gas & its because its a used car. When they are done selling you their vehicles, they will tell you they are not responsible for anything else in regards of the cleanliness and cosmetics of the vehicle.
