Simple room, but everything you'll need. I and a 2 week stay, and the kitchenette really came in handy.

Nice place to stay. Only real complaints are the abysmal WiFi speeds. A city like Seattle should not ever have speeds as slow as 11mbps

The room seemed very clean, kitchenette was functional and we had what we needed. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Lots of parking available. Hotel is quite dated and could use some love, WiFi is ok but at times slow. Thin walls between rooms. At times the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall a good stay and good value. We mostly appreciated the cleanliness and useful kitchenette.

For the first time in a while I actually felt like I was staying at a family members home. Not a hotel. As soon as I entered I was welcomed and accommodated to my family’s needs. I explained to them how we had just gotten in from traveling 9 hours and 30 minutes from Japan and how we have two corgis who are with us. immediately I was asked if a first floor room would be best for them. They loved on my two corgis and would always greet them whenever I took them out for their potty time, which is important to me when they do stay in a hotel with me or go anywhere with me. With our hotel room we entered and sadly there was an awful smell, it made me almost throw up. We decided to air out the room before we would talk to the reception. Sadly it didn’t work. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk and without any hesitation he apologized and moved us into a new room. Before we moved he also allowed me to go to the new room to look and smell. He didn’t want my only experience with them to be a bad one and he succeeded. I loved how there was a nice area to walk my dogs and their grounds are absolutely beautiful with their trees. There are bins to throw our dogs poop away and some of the bins have bags for you just incase you forgot your own. I love how there where benches outside as well as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
Even with the experience of the first room we were placed in. Due to the vibes from the staff, making me feel like I was at home (which I’ve never really experienced when staying in a hotel.) how swift they were to fix the problem and the beautiful grounds. 5 stars is indeed needed. Efficiency, hospitality and quality. Thank you. Your hotel is saved in my phone for future layovers in the SEATAC area.

Sonesta Simply Suites is, as the name implies, an all suite hotel.
First off, the outside as youre driving in is lovely. With all the beautiful trees around the property. It has a place for people to congregate and enjoy as well as BBQ and engage in other outdoor activities.
But for me, this is where the niceties ended mostly.
The room I got had a full kitchen complete with everything you'd need or expect from these types of hotels, however, the room is definitely showing it's age as is the rest of the hotel. There's a lot of dents, scratches in the wooden furniture and trimmings, and my room in particular someone had broken the lamp fixture.
The bed was OK, I slept well enough, but definitely not the softest I've slept in on the road. But it was clean, and in good condition.
The entire hotel needs cleaned, my room still had cobwebs in the corners, while the outside halls and especially the elevator just looked dingy and need some serious cleaning.
The final thing, there is no free continental breakfast. The breakfast comes as a room package, or you can pay $9.99 to eat at the adjacent hotel (also a Sonesta location).
In conclusion, if you don't mind a little long in the tooth accomodations and the occasional dust bunny, then this will definitely work. But there are better.

Considering the location, this was a relatively quiet place to stay. Rooms are nice. You have a full service kitchen in your room. You can buy the breakfast buffet for $10. It is very good. The only downside was having to walk two buildings away in freezing temperatures.
Rooms: The rooms are nice. Nice mini kitchen with dishes to use. Beds were comfortable.
Nearby activities: Not too far to the Seattle highlights.

Great people.
Great Service
We Matter to them
I'm looking forward to returning to their extended stay apartments while I go through cancer treatment.
Rooms: In the extended stay, they are cozy studio apartments with a kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher).
Nice size tv with apps (YouTube, etc., and free internet). And a nice table you can use as a desk. The sofa is also a hide-a-bed.
Nearby activities: The South Center mall is 6 minutes away. There is a great bar and grill called the Spot. Their BBQ chicken pizza is great.
Safety: The guest entryways require a magnetic strip card to enter into the building and your room, as well as the weight room and the laundry room.
Food & drinks: In the main lobby, there are frozen foods like ice cream, frozen meals, and soda pop. They also provide snacks.

Make sure you give yourself enough time for the water to get hot. For example, if you plan on waking up 30 minutes before you need to leave for the airport, you better make it 45 minutes! Wake up, turn the hot water on, and then go back to sleep for 15 minutes. It MIGHT be hot by then.

I had a great experience here at Sonesta vacating with my mom , First and foremost the front desk receptionist gabby was so nice and very accommodating! Even though we arrived late, Check in was very smooth and she gave us all the information we needed to know about the hotel and what’s around the area. I think this was the best experience I had with customer service ! The rooms were nice and spacious and in a quiet area :)We will be returningThank you gabby and thank you Sonesta!?

Had a peaceful stay there. It's unfortunate the place is starting to get run down on the inside.
The pros:
-We stayed in a studio set up for a budget price.
-Away from the noise of a freeway or airport.
-Easy check-in.
-The bed was clean.
-The bathroom was clean.
The cons:
-There was an odor of urine in the kitchenette.
-Some of the handles of the drawers in the kitchen were sticky. In addition to that, one of the tables had some dried liquid on it, as well as some hair. So that made me wonder about how thorough housekeeping was with cleaning things around the room.
-The furniture and cabinets are getting worn down.
