I walked out of here five seconds ago, and hopped immediately on my phone just to say I had a wonderful experience here! I know nothing about interior painting, and they made me feel so welcome and were happy to teach. They also gave me a killer deal on the items I bought, and I really appreciated that. (Side note: there's a lady named Sabrina who works here who is potentially the cutest person who ever lived)

I was having a really hard time finding a a specific paint I wanted and when I came to this store Ernesto was an AMAZING help! He was very understanding of what I needed and helped me find the exact product I was looking for!

Been here many times over the years. The manager Kyle is the man, fantastic customer service. I do go to other Sherwin Williams stores, but Kyle has been consistently the best. Since the pandemic and paint shortage, a lot of the paint bases I wanted were either not produced or sold out, but Kyle kept me as a customer because he helps find alternatives and gives great deals. Once I had a gallon, from another SW store, that seemed defective after drying. Even though I used over half of the gallon, Kyle looked at it carefully with me and gave me a replacement gallon. That is a manager that truly cares about his customers!

I called the Renton location to inquire about an unusual paint product. I had the fortune of speaking with Kyle who was so helpful. He told me he didn’t think that the store carried that product, but did a little searching and found it at another store. He offered to call that store to see about their inventory. He then called me back within 10 minutes to tell me he had done further research and found a different brand that could be sent to the store that day for me to pick up. When I arrived, he had printed out all of the product specs and instructions. I was blown away by his customer service! He went well above and beyond the service I expected. I will definitely be heading to Sherwood-Williams in Renton over Home Depot for paint needs from now on.

Needed to match a paint to touch up a cupboard door that I had to cut down and routers. They took my door sample and when I went back as they looked at the match they decided it was not quite right. He added one drop of black. That is the kind of attention to detail that will get and keep my business.

Awful customer service with a young employee. Very rude as I came in to pick up something I had pre ordered. Didn't believe me and was plain rude. Turns out it was behind the counter. I confronted him about being rude and he said "sorry you feel that way."
