Easy to access. The gas price is usually 30 to 50 cents per gallon higher than other places around here, but it is Shell.

Brad, I think was his name, the owner, was cool enough to allow me to park my disabled vehicle after the accident at the gas station. That was pretty chill of him.

This station is shorting people on gas. I paid for 5 gallons for my gas can, but only got approximately 4.5 gallons. Same thing happened when I filled up a 75 gallon diesel fuel tank. It seemed like I didn't get the amount I paid for, but wasn't sure. When I filled up my gas can, it was very clear I got shorted, and that this station's shorting people on gas. I've been buying gas here for years, even though it's a higher price, the owner's local. So, I went to talk with the owner about being shorted. He got angry, very rude, disrespectful, was threatening me, and was yelling at me my can was old and wasn't right. A gentleman pulled up in his truck, and the customer said he had 2, 20 gallon tanks on his truck, and that he was getting shorted too. I guess I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on, since I see for myself this station's taking advantage of people. Especially when I brought this to the owner's attention so he could resolve the issue, but instead he became abusive.

Went in for a propane fill. Two employees behind the counter. One employee shouted to a person in the store, not an employee, to fill my tanks. Person did not appear to be trained on how to fill tanks, told me he had watched the employees fill tanks several times. Pretty sketchy.

The Krispy krunchy chicken here was horrible. The chicken was stale. Didnt get the correct number of biscuits and one was blueberry without even asking. Would ask people not to waste money there let alone go there again.

Bought something today (nov 5th) that expired in may. I called to let them know. A woman who speaks no English at all answers the phone. I repeat myself like 5x why I’m calling and what is expired. Then in broken English she says “you voice no good come show me”. Lady my voice isn’t the problem. Now I’ll be calling the department of health and I guarantee they’ll be able to hear me just fine. Why answer the phone if you know you don’t speak more than 3 words of English? I’m not saying instantly learn but when someone says they found an item expired by more than 6mo in your store “let me pass you to someone who speaks English” is the answer.

Convenient location and good service. Price for gas is a bit more pricy than other locations.

These are the nicest owners. They care about their business and their customers. They know they have prime location yet they still give great customer service and help locals. I give them 5 stars cause it's all I can give. A kind warning, don't expect fast service at 7am, they are packed with commercial customers going to work.Don't try to steal, or get something over on them either. They are smart and have camera's everywhere.

This is my go to store. They support local things. They help regular customers, they hire ethnic people. They try very hard to do the right thing for the public. Yes, they are expensive, but they know what they have; location, convenience, and most anything you could want. Huge beer, wine and cigarette selection. Lots of Mexican snacks. Good selection of candy. 7am is a mad house though, packed with commercial rigs getting gas, lunch and breakfast. Support your neighborhood business!

Most of the people that work here do not wear masks.. at least not on their faces. On a few occasions now, the male owner had his around his chin and the employee working the register right next to him had none at all or wore a scarf around the neck like a cowboy. It was comical looking at mask-less her through the Plexiglas with the sign that read that you must wear your mask. The wife seems to have a different standard as (one time) she was wearing hers correctly and the employee in the front was too but I have only seen that once. On this same visit (with the wife there), the employee in the back working with food had none. One other time I went here, a woman from the Trailer park (across the street) had her dog ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY SERVE FOOD. The employee said nothing. I was disgusted and left. The gas is WAY WAY to expensive here. If you are heading toward Renton, just wait a minute and fill up after you pass Duvall Ave.The only reason I EVER go here (which is rare) is because it is .25 miles from my house. Every time I do, I am reminded not to.

Stopped by to pick up some snacks, paid in cash & the cashier did not give me all of my change back even though there was change in the till, & she didn't even say she wasn't giving me all of my change back - that's horrible customer service - won't stop by here again because if you can't trust them with being honest with your cash then you can't trust them to be honest with your other transactions!
