I've been using this gas station for years as it is very close to my work. Today, I pulled up to fill up my car, and to my surprise a female shell gas station employee approached me and offered to assist me with the pump, seeing that I was pregnant. Not only did she fill up the tank, she followed me to the car wash and brushed the tires. Wish I got her name, you don't see people going above and beyond their job description.

I have gone to this station for years for the mini-mart JACKSONS. I purchase ITEMS for a catering business and the price is right. Even though they go through a lot of employees, they are always kind. I STOPPED PURCHASING here because of 1 rude employee! He has told me that he can check out my purchase but it was supposed to be his break, this was a couple of mths. ago. i came back a few times and he is obnoxious. I DECIDED TO GO AGAIN THIS EVE BECAUSE I WAS ON A TIME CRUNCH...I have a cast on my dominant hand from knuckle surgery. He saw my re-usable bag to put product in so that I could easily carry it. He NEVER OFFERED TO HELP PUT MY HEAVY ITEM IN THE BAG, when I finally got it into the bag, I said, "thanks for great customer service," and he said "I didn't know you needed help!" I am sorry but my corporate friends and I will not return, neither will our co-workers. THIS JUST HAPPENED, NOVEMBER 12TH TUESDAY AT 7:41 PM. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

If I could I would give 1000 negative stars to this gas station. Especially to the car wash! I went thru the car wash. I started driving slowly thru the dryer and I backed up a little bit to dry it a little more and it ripped off my antenna! Did I know that I was supposed to back up? No. So went inside to file a damage claim and two days later I receive a call from Jennifer the Claims manager of Jackson and she was absolutely the most rude person ever! She told me that there is footage of me backing up like I know I did that but how am I supposed to know not to back up to dry my car a little more? If I really wanted to I would sue this gas station but not going to just because I know how to treat people with respect. And Jennifer told me that she always tried to help her client as much as possible but she actually doesn’t.

I stop by this station a couple times a week, around 8-9pm and too often there is a note on the door saying the store is closed and they'll be back soon. I have waited before and no one returned in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not sure what is going on that the shop needs to close, but it is definitely not a convenient store when they are closed.

The gas is more expensive than Safeway or QFC just down the street. The only saving grace is a car wash.

I pulled in to put air in my tire but hear the air hissing out so i pulled into a parking spot to change my tire when the guy who runs the station saw me and offered to patch my tire! Huge relief and a great guy!
