They have a very good selection of both Pokemon and Magic Cards along with other games as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a good experience when I go there.

They got a gang of singles for sales and everything is competitively priced to TCGplayer. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It's not a Meeples where you can chill and spend the afternoon. Its a go and buy what you need then leave. Their hours are short as well, they close at 7pm. Update- Dont really care for one individual with alot piercings and long hair he was whispering to another co worker and then they started laughing it felt like highschool kids were working here talking trash about someone or something.

This is my wife and I’s favorite TCG shop to visit. Been going for over 10 years. The staff is always great to us and the prices are better here on most things that they are elsewhere.

I've been to about 9 card stores in the greater Seattle area but my day to day experience at Shane's beats everyone by a mile. My interactions with the staff there have always been pleasant. Everyone tries to be helpful. Shane is awesome and takes care of his customers well. I appreciate interacting with him as he's very easy to talk to. Nick is an incredible associate and a major reason I shop at the store on a regular basis. He's very knowledgable and helpful. He has helped drive my interest in Pokémon card collecting again and is really easy to work with. He is fair and doesn’t try to rip you off like some others in the area. Overall I’m grateful for this LGS and I plan on continuing as a regular.

I entered this "card shop" and was greeted. I asked for what I wanted, and was immediately directed to it. Exactly what I wanted was supplied to me (at a nice price too) and payment was no issue. Well done.

Great store! They have really good not hijacked prices on new releases and old sets of cards too so really nice if you’re a collector :)The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, I was expecting to come in look at how expensive individual boosters are and leave but both me and my friends ended up getting something and spent a good few minutes talking to staff about pokémon :)Super great! Highly recommend

Love going to Shanes, it's definitely my preferred shop AND it's a small local business. I typically buy my supplies and packs/decks of cards here with the exception of singles.One critique I have is to please please streamline buying singles of cards. Mox and other business make it super easy to view card inventory and prices, that's something that really lacks at Shane's. I do not want to have to email/message your store with a lengthy list of cards if I don't know the prices or the availability. I would hate to provide a list of cards and have a worker put in all the work to find them and only to find out they're too expensive.I really enjoy going to this store and I will continue to frequent it often. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend, did I mention the staff are knowledgeable and always courteous!!

This store is always so clean and professional feeling. I love the atmosphere. Even though the content of the store is very nerdy, it doesn't feel like it. I've never been to a card shop like this in other places I've lived. I wish it wasn't so far away so I could go more.

I recently started playing magic I've been playing for about 3 months and I happened to stumble upon Shane's cards. I've been to Shane's 3 different times and 2 out of 3 times I've had a bad experience with staff. I get that being a n*** makes people feel entitled but I'm just trying to get into it. I asked a worker what he would recommend for getting into the game and stuff of that nature the entire time he was very condescending and just made me feel like an idiot for asking. The second time my girlfriend and I came in we tried to sit at a table in the back. As soon as we sat down an older man came over and started complaining about how we couldn't sit there and how we should have know the seats were reserved. We said sorry and he said well you should have checked just condescending and rude. Not new player friendly at all would only recommend if you like being around condescending people who don't wear deodorant (the shop also has a bad B.O. problem). The other experience I had at the shop was with a worker who just seemed very indifferent about what we were looking. He wasn't mean but he didn't seem interested in helping.

My 6 year old and I are starting to get into the Pokemon card game. We've figured some things out on our own, but had questions and missing cards. The staff of Shane's Cards was incredibly kind and they seemed happy to answer our (seriously noob) questions despite the store being super busy with a tournament. We can't wait to come back and play in the future! Thanks for being nice humans.

A dedicated regular, they have great staff, great prices, and a lot of events for lots of different table top and card games as well as product for many many more including board games and even some collectibles. Always a great place to walk into and just look around, warning though, it's really hard to walk out without making a purchase with their great selection and charismatic crew.

Shane's Cards is amazing. I used to go there when I was younger and I loved it. I won my first Yu-gi-oh tournament there (technically my mom picked me up early before the finals so I had to come in second LOL, but I think I had a good chance!); It was so much fun. There were not many cards shops that I knew about at the time. Shane's Cards still has that cozy charm to it and the people who work there are always helpful. There are other cards shops around but this one is my favorite. Whenever I go in there, they always let me do my own thing, they have a great selection of different kinds of products, and when I have a question I can just go up to them and ask. Up to this day they still have that type of vibe and I just absolutely appreciate it. Sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help me but that is only because it's always busy! Super popular! I love it! I just picked up some really awesome cards recently. It makes me teary eyed when I think about them ever closing or moving away thus making travel times longer for me LOL. One of the core memories I have about Shane's is that I remember that one of the cashiers helped me pick out a pack of yu-gi-oh cards and I pulled the Gemini card that everybody was looking for (I just wanted to note that this was YEARS AGO! when I was probably 12-13 years old, It was just this particular cashier, whom may or not work there anymore or even does that anymore). Gemini had Really great attack and you didn't even need to summon it *Chef's Kiss*. I stopped collecting cards when I reached high school, but now that I am older I can get back into again and I choose Shane's store to help me with that. In addition I recently started to collect boardgames and Shane now sells board games!. Thank you Shane!
