“We are delighted to send our 4 year old son here for summer camps. He did full 2 months of weekly camps this year. All Teachers and the owner of the place are exceptionally kind, warm, cheerful, welcoming and radiate positive energy that has a great influence on kids.
The classes are full of activities, learning, music, dance, arts and crafts, games..a great exposure to all forms of learning. Our son looks forward to going there everyday. Few times during pick up they involved the parents in some fun activities with our kid and they were totally memorable experiences for us.
This place is a true gem!!! Highly recommend.”

“We needed back-up care for 2 days for my 6 month old and this Childtime was amazing. They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, and even though we were only going to be there for two days they treated me and my baby like we were regulars. I am so grateful for them and the fabulous care they provided to both me and my little one.”

“Both of our kids have been in Petrovitsky KinderCare since they turned 1 year old. We have been with them for about 4 years now and we couldn’t rely in another place to care for our precious sons. They are really reliable, helped us go through COVID years like champs! The teachers are professional and caring. There are full time teachers and then the wonderful assistants. There is an environment of support among staff. We communicate via text or email, I see pictures everyday of what is happening in the classroom and curriculum updates every month. They also have summer camps and run fun activities for kids. Good learning and fun for the kids. Kudos to: Director Tammy Johnson for a great staff, Tara who is always helping parents and staff. Ms. Rainjiel, Ms. Marissa, Ms. Katie, Ms. Monica, and all the staff. Thank you for all you do!”

“My son has been with them for a month and it has been great. He doesnt adjust well to new people but here it took less then a week which is incredible since the last place took 9 months. The rates are fair and even discounted for emergency time away. The staff are friendly and take time to really learn the kids. Always a smile and hello to the kids and parents. If you are looking for a great daycare this is the place for youa”

“My family has been apart of this center since my oldest was a toddler. I absolutely love this center and the staff here. The director and assistant director are very communicative and helpful with every interaction I have had with them. The staff members from infant to their school aged staff have been absolutely wonderful. They supported my oldest while she had a difficult time with drop offs in the morning, encouraged her to explore, and make new friends. They are current partners when it comes to problem solving my youngest refusing a bottle through out the day.I am very grateful for everyone at this center. I am sad to see my oldest leaving this center as she and my family have had a wonderful time with her time here. In the meantime, I love that I still have a few more years here.”

“Definitely ?! Amazing teachers with so much caring mindset. The management is reasonable and flexible to accommodate special requests. It is really committed to providing a fun and loving environment for our kids and we are very thankful. Tuition is reasonable and the program is great. The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan is well thought out and nutritious. It is such a relief for busy parents like us because most of the other daycare facilities' meals are not included. The program offers Spanish classes which my son enjoys very much. He sings Spanish songs all the time and we cannot be happier about his Spanish language skills. I highly recommend this place!”

“My son was enrolled here from the time he was 6 months old until he was about 2.5. The only reason we left was that we moved. The teachers were always caring, kind, and considerate. He was always excited to get there in the mornings and sometimes he didn't want to leave! The new center director seems to really be moving the needle in an even more positive direction as well. Wish we could have stayed, but I would recommend this center to anyone looking for daycare.”

“Wow, I can't believe I found this place after all these years, I'm 20 years old and I remember coming here back at the age of 8 or so. It seemed like a good time.”

“Great people, good Union. Check the other locals to see what fits your needs before you sign up though. This local puts you on a 4 day week while you go to school. Other apprenticeship programs do school a week at a time so you can at least collect unemployment while you're out of work for school. 46 has a lot of work though, in 4 years I haven't been laid off for more than a week and have had a lot of overtime. There's also distance to consider (commuting cost) and book cost. You can't choose WHERE in the local you're going to work. They charge you about 800$ per quarter for books and tuition. Some locals don't do that or the union covers it. The retirement and pension are strong. The program seems to attract great electricans to teach, they are electricans though. Not professional educators. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Office staff is top notch.”

“We've been at FCLC since April 2021. I was able to work from home with my daughter during covid but started her in the toddler room. Our son then started in the infant room in November 2021. Overall, we've been happy and have had some really great teachers, plus met other families and daycare besties. Pros and cons to all centers. We love that it's location is close to our house and they serve breakfast and lunch. They use an app called Dojo for communication and photos. Not all teachers post as many pictures but I'd rather them be present and hands on. Sometimes communication can be better but I'm an over communicator. I believe they really do try and they care, that's a reason we're still here.”
