Ordered a hat for the winter, arrived on time, fit perfectly and it's very warm. Ordered one size up to be safe and that's what I'd recommend. Love the hat by the way.

Just to clarify, SAKKAS STORE is the name of the business not an actual store. The business is not being deceiving nor misleading by having the word "STORE" in their company name. They do indeed have a wonderful online "store".

This is really more of a warehouse than a store, but we needed to exchange something so it worked out perfectly. Their website is marvelous!
