One of the best shops I’ve been to across all of Seattle Eastside area. All merchandise seems very up-to-date. I came in the shop with $150 set up from France. He took the time to let me disassemble everything to see if he could help resolve the issues I was having with the unit. Felt like he was educated on everything from high-end devices to disposables.Two thumbs up for sure

Everyday I go it's a different price for something the cashier claims it's because they charge a $.76 processing fee for transactions under five dollars not only is that a high amount I'm pretty sure it's illegal save your money and go to the smoke shop up the street by Goodwill.

This shop is great, the staff are very friendly and they have a good variety of products. Tons of great glass and disposable vapes at a good price. The owner is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. This is definitely my go to shop!

Love the products. Prices are okay. Customer service though, questionable. If I notice a defect with your product I expect you to be considerate and nice about it. I’m a paying customer from Bellevue at that. I rather spend the extra $7 dollars on a elf bar in Bellevue, if it means I’m walking out the store with a smile and a positive experience. Not feeling like a nuisance just because I wanted a working elf bar. The tender asked me to plug it in, because I guess the heat dries up batteries. Cool. No argument there. Upon doing so, the charging port to the bar it’s self, lunges inside, and flashes a red light. Plus, the battery was loose inside the casing, which I’ve never had happen to an elf bar FRESH OUT THE BOX. If you want me to continue spending at your store, I think smiles would go a lot further , rather than rushing your customer out the store ? Thanks!

Great service I’ve never had issues with friendly staff.but…Today they sold me a broken vape. I called 3 hrs after buying it and was told couldn’t get a refund or exchange…I’ve been coming here for 10 years… Truly disappointing that I spent $15 on something that doesn’t even work

I really like this place! They have things I've never even seen or heard of before here. Customer service is superb. I ended up purchasing some spray for my car. It's supposed to get rid of the sent of cigarette smoke. My boyfriend smokes in my car and I can't handle that smell. I bought it for $6.00 thinking oh it's not going to eliminate it all the way. This stuff is amazing! I sprayed a tiny bit in the front seat and a bit in the back seat and it's lasted about 5 weeks and its still 60% full!. I even started using it around the house as air freshener for 2 two weeks now. Lol I can't smell his smoke at ALL and I'm very sensitive to it! This spray that I have is by Special Blue, odor eliminator, room spray and tried the OG Kush sent. I like the scent but my boyfriend does not. LOL, now the tables have turned. I'm definitely going to come back to the store. Wonderful atmosphere.
