This bad review is for this practice of checking receipt at door when you observe people pay. I've even seen people ask to check the bag when they watched everything, the cashier bagging items for the customer: disgusting: it needs to stop.

The “manager” who works there is completely disrespectful who doesn’t obey by the ross return policy listed on the receipt. I had one item that I bought within 48hours at another Ross and she wouldn’t accept the return. she stated “ the following receipt polices on the receipt don’t apply” an that they don’t mean anything she was rude over one item she wouldn’t issue a refund with no REAL valued reason why I wasn’t allowed.
I have the right to return the item I didn't want, for whatever reason and I have the right to receive the refund on my original payment method The product is in perfect condition I’ve never had issues with returning anything until I came across this store. Who has the worst customer service. The staff here need proper training to go over their own return policies and how to speak to customers. That manager should be ashamed of herself she’s an awful person

This store just wants to take advantage of the people, they don't even lend a little, the bathroom is bad, this store just wants them to receive and doesn't want to invest the government in paying water to use their bathroom

I see a lot of reviews about how bad the new policy with the entrance is and I personally love it. Used to visit this store and it'd be a mess with huge crowds and hard to make sure you're getting the right thing. I'd bump into someone every few mins and couldn't find what I needed.
The last few times I've gone it's been clean, fast, I could find what I needed and just really happy for a seamless shopping experience. I'd recommend going during the non busy times if you don't want to deal with the "really bad lines" that people seem to be mad about but all for it ?

I don't shop at Ross often, but when I do, I get profiled as a shoplifter and followed.
Went here Tuesday evening 6/11, around 7:50pm. Was here all of 30 minutes, maybe that was too long for their liking. Was intently looking for workout clothes in the active wear section when a young female employee in a bright pink sweater and baggy blue jeans pretended to be a shopper with her purse. She ran up to me and proceeded to "shop" extremely close to me, our backs were touching and she kept looking into my cart. I had my AirPods in trying to enjoy my music and shop, but this tactic was obvious and annoying and tainted my experience.
Idk guess I won't be shopping without makeup on and athleisure wear anymore. ? Do better at profiling thieves!

The facial scanners feel super violating. I hardly ever shop at Ross but loved their Amazon locker. I definitely won’t be shopping there in the future and will be shipping my packages elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to be scanned just to grab my package.
