Purchasing a vehicle has always been a stressful experience for me, basically due to pushy, insincere salespeople. I looked at previous Yelp reviews and specifically chose Crista Blowers based on a customer review. She did not disappoint! From the moment we met, her genuineness, kindness, knowledge and overall sincerity shone through! There was no pressure, upselling or fake "car salesman" demeanor whatsoever! She is a gem and made this my BEST car buying experience EVER! I highly recommend her to anyone interested in a new, used or lease car. Thank you, Crista! I'm still smiling

Thank you for the response. No, I have not been contacted by anyone from Walker's Renton Subaru.

Went in to purchase a specific used Outback at this dealership. I cannot say enough how great the entire process was from start to finish. Jared Spencer answered all questions I had, keeping things simple and easy to understand. His level of communication and customer support was top notch. At the end of the day there were no surprises and I drove home happily in my new-to-me Outback. Thanks again Jared and the rest of the team for working to get me in to this car quickly and effortlessly!

If you're going to advertise a time on your website for when you close, why is the door shut, lights off, employee already off the damn lot when I arrive BEFORE the advertised time? "Oh, you have to come earlier." NO, your employees have to stay until YOUR advertised time on your website! We waste a trip, waste our time, following your damn info after choosing over other Subaru dealers. So much for shopping local...

From the moment we stepped into Walker's Renton Subaru, we knew our car buying experience was going to be unparalleled. Crista, our sales associate, was nothing short of wonderful. She deserves a raise for how far above and beyond she went for us. Throughout the entire buying process, Crista was thoughtful, thorough, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Her knowledge of all the car models and trims was impressive, ensuring we made the best choice for our needs. The communication from Crista was awesome, making us feel informed and confident in our decisions. Gil in financing was equally fantastic to work with, answering every question and concern with patience and expertise. True to Crista's word, we were in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes with our new Subaru Forester Wilderness, and we couldn't be more ecstatic about our purchase. We've never had such a pleasant and awesome experience purchasing a car. The entire team at Walker's Renton Subaru, including Crista, Jared, Gil, and the GM Alec Walker, made us feel valued and respected. We're still in awe of the efficiency, professionalism, and warmth this dealership has shown us. A huge thank you to everyone at Walker's! If you're in the market for a new or used car, we highly recommend this dealership for a hassle-free and enjoyable buying experience.

Buyer beware! My college aged student bought a mid teens Subaru with less than 80k miles. Seemed like a great deal, and we might have noticed that this was going extremely fast. It was back for repair within a month with an estimated repair bill in the $8,000+ neighborhood. This would have been a great opportunity for them to let us know what the real problem was - but they didn't. They had sold us a flood recovery vehicle with all of the related electrical problems and an underside covered in rust. My son did not know to look for such a thing, but the dealer knew it and unloaded it on an unsuspecting college kid. Shame!

I bought a car from Walker's Renton Subaru in Renton Wa and had great service. Omid Vakil a very young and smart sales manager who helped me buy Subaru Forester 2024. I have dealt with 3 car dealerships before this with Toyota Tacoma Wa Toyota Bellevue Wa Lexus Bellevue Wa but the best service I got here at Omid Vakil at WALKER'S Renton Subaru in Renton Wa. My wife is very happy. I recommend with confidence Omid Vakil, (206)-825-0301

I ordered a part from here about a month ago and they gave me the wrong one. I had to order a new one and they wouldn't refund the old part. Wasn't expensive but this was an unpleasant experience being that it was on the parts department to deliver the correct part for my vehicle.

I'm on my second Subaru and we've had a few serious issues with the Service Department at Walker's Renton Subaru. Once, on a service of my first Subie, I was told I needed to change my differential oil. My car wasn't that old so I thought that was strange. I had my mechanic look at it, and he said that Service lied to make money. So, on my next service I asked them to check the differential oil and told them I had my mechanic change it since they told me it needed to be changed (I didn't, no one touched it) and they said it looked good, so yeah, they lied about it. More recently, I've been having trouble with my two year old Subie. My drivers side window was glitching and anytime you try to roll it up, it gets to the top and auto rolls down. Also, my (drivers) seat has been squeaking and something about the cushion feels different... less supportive. I took it to Walker's Service THREE TIMES and was told they couldn't reproduce the squeaking so they just did nothing. As for the window, they "reset it" and a couple days later the problem started again. Today I took the issues to another local Subaru Service Department, and it turns out the seat wasn't welded properly and I need a brand new seat... They ordered the new seat and they will install it this coming Thursday. As for the window, they reproduced the problem, took it apart, cleaned and lubricated the track. THIS is how a Service Department should operate. I've also been having an electrical issue with my car. It acts weird when I connect my phone. So, when my car wouldn't hang up a call, I drove immediately to Walker's to show them the active problem. They wouldn't look at it.... and of course they "couldn't reproduce the problem" when they finally got to it because they made me turn the car off... The other Service Department diagnosed the problem, and checked and updated my car's firmware. My firmware was outdated by several versions... and I would know that if Walker's had done their job. Another issue I have with Walker's is that they keep my car all day for a 15 min. issue. and then tell me they want to keep it overnight. All I needed was for them to look at 2 parts I need replaced and 1. Tell me the part number and 2. Order the parts. Finally, I had to take a Lyft to pick my car up and I never went back. If they can keep you guessing long enough, when your warranty runs out they can charge you for things they should have been doing the whole time. Considering they already lied to me about the differential oil, what else wouldn't they lie about?

How does a 120K check up for my 2016 Legacy go from a $1700 estimate to over $7000?!?! I was absolutely FLOORED. I should've listened to my gut and not gone back after they "forgot" to call me to let me know car was ready after having it for 2 days the last time I brought it in. Transmission was already replaced for $3K a few years ago. Is the car a POS or is the service dept lacking? Time to cut my losses

Cost to replace the rear wheel bearings + an oil change was 25% higher than the estimate I received. Customer service was lacking. I'd I like to give them a good review because we've had good experiences in the past, but this time I was very disappointed.

The car buying process here was fine. But their service department is awful. They charged us $150 to "diagnose" our tires that were losing air. The "diagnosis" was that we needed two new tires, shaving the other two tires, and alignment, so it would have been an additional $528. We took our car to Les Schwab (Les Schwab is awesome BTW). He looked at the tires and in 2 seconds said, you have a screw in each tire, you must have driven through a construction zone. They fixed them both absolutely free! We also needed our windshield replaced and the service center said it was out of stock and needed to be ordered. But they forgot the part about ordering it because we waited for a few months and still no windshield. So I called Safelight and they replaced our windshield the next day!! And they did a great job. I had called Walker Subaru several times. Funny that the service manager was always "out." And he must be on a permanent vacation because he never returned any of my calls. Save yourself a headache, go anywhere else to service your Subaru. Charging customers $150 to lie and say they needed new tires, when they absolutely didn't, is shameful. Our tires are fairly new and definitely didn't need replacing. Walker Renton Subaru: You can do better.

I loved my Job at Walkers Renton Subaru. I was with the company for 3 years and I genuinely loved the time I got there. Great pay plan and it gave me the opportunity to learn the sales world.
