My son was enrolled here from the time he was 6 months old until he was about 2.5. The only reason we left was that we moved. The teachers were always caring, kind, and considerate. He was always excited to get there in the mornings and sometimes he didn't want to leave! The new center director seems to really be moving the needle in an even more positive direction as well. Wish we could have stayed, but I would recommend this center to anyone looking for daycare.

My son has been going to this center for over a year and I absolutely love it. He started at 3 months from the infant room with Ms.Sila and Ms.Madu all the way up to the waddler room with Ms.Madu and Ms.Sara. We are currently leaving the daycare due to changes in life, but this daycare has helped my son and myself feel comfortable, and help him learn so much within his first year. All the teachers there love what they do, and work so well with all the children! I would 100% recommend this daycare for you and your family!!

My daughter adapted very well! The teachers are attentive and I receive photos and videos through the daycare app! We are expecting another child and he will definitely go there too!

We have you been using this day care for the past 6 months and the people that work here absolutely go out of their way to take care of little daughter. She’s only 15 months old now and she is growing at a mega rate! I’ll let you know when I come home after work I see my daughter doing things that she learned at the daycare that she wouldn’t any where else. Example she started drawing and holding the pencil correctly or know how to eat sitting down at the table! I was blown away at how much they went out of there way to help my daughter be ahead of the game. This is a game changer because i don't think she would be able to grow this fast in just a couple months without the daycare. Every day I come home I ask my wife “where did she learn that” and she would reply with “from the daycare!”Hands down some of the best staff you’ll meet, extremely nice, extremely caring and really take pride in their work. They are there for the kids and that’s what matters. Right now they got some amazing people.

My daughter has been there for almost a year and it has been a year of learning. The teacher Mr. Hawk is excellent, everything has also improved thanks to the new administration. The director is very friendly. I really recommend this center!!

We just started here in November but we feel like it's been forever. The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean. We really do love this kindercare location! The teachers love this kids! Everyone seems very happy at work.

My grandson loves going to school (daycare) everyday. The staff know all the children's names and who they belong to on site when you walk in. It's worth bringing him in just for the social skills he's developed since coming here. The things he's been taught have made him too knowledgeable to get into pre-school. They've allowed his speech therapist to come to the center and do therapy there, which makes things easier on him, us and the therapist. You can tell they genuinely care about the children that come to the center.

I was leery about this location because of the reviews but it’s close to my house so I decided to do a tour. This location has really turned around. I send my 15 month old twins here and the teachers are so kind and loving. My son actually jumps into Ms. Sara’s arms when we arrive. We get a ton of pictures of all the activities they’re doing all day long. I would recommend!

We love this location. I feel like my twins are loved and cared for all day and do plenty of stimulating activities which is important to me. I would recommend this location to anyone in the highlands!

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT take your children here. I've worked there for the last 3 weeks and you children are not being cared for. Sadly, the teachers are left out of ratio almost daily making it impossible for teachers to care for your children. The director is very rude and unprofessional. I pulled my daughter out today and I feel very good about my decision. My daughter is special needs and I was told "she cries to much the best thing to do with her is to put in her crib And just let her cry" I did not feel safe with her there.

Do not bring your children here unless you have a tracker on them because they don't identify anyone that comes to pick up the kids they let anyone walk in/out. they don't ask for names, they don't confirm you are allowed to pick up the kids, they don't notify anyone about any license outbreaks. Andrea the director talks down to all of the employees there but the minute you say anything to her it's considered harassment. I am not parent but an Aunt and I have picked up my niece countless times, I never gave anyone my name nor and ID for that matter. But when there was a real emergency and my niece needed to be picked up they refused me because I wasn't on the list. Then when brought up with Andrea she said it wasnot true and that I was ID'd. Don't know how cause I don't ever carry my ID ?♀️ my niece thinks I'm scary so she walks out frightened and sad with me but no one batted an eye and I just walked right out. I also heard from other parents how rough they are with the kids. I told my sister along time to get my niece out. It took me telling Andrea she needs to lose her job for them to say I was "threatening" and they kicked my niece out who btw paid for the month. Stay away!

Do not go here, Andrea is a horrible director as is her superior Kathy. U can report issues and at the end of the day they side with their employees even when they are wrong. They DO NOT ID to pick up a child, nor ask for name. I've picked up my nephew before and no one said a word to me, no one asked who I was to verify. Nothing. That doesn't seem secure AT ALL, NO ONE knows me since I go once in awhile to help so u would think they would confirm I'm taking the right child and that I atleast am listed and authorized, but they don't care. Doesn't surprise since when I go in the kids are dirty, face covered in snot and the teachers chatting with each other or on their phones. There's never been anyone by the door that like monitors who comes in or out, I've never been given a code and have never needed it, cause I can just get in while some else walks in or some other parent will just open it. Recently, I saw a child get disciplined physically, and when we made eye contact, the teacher tried to play it off. A parent came in to disucc some physical discipline on their kids as well and of course nothing was doneBut no point in reporting it cause they don't care. STAY AWAY!
