I was thinking it would be nice getting my meds delivered to me NOT. They never give my meds on time which is not good. I was supposed to get my meds on 3-1-24 waited all day. It never arrived so I called them the next day. They said they processed my meds after 10pm that Friday.They should have processed it the day before. I had enough I am going to get my meds myself. Ready meds you really need to give people their meds on time. You are gambling with peoples health you can get in lots of trouble.

Dear Ready Meds Pharmacy Renton,As a client, I must express my extreme disappointment with the service provided. Despite multiple attempts to fill my clients medication and assurances from my doctor regarding the prescription, your pharmacy failed to take ownership of the process. I reached out via phone calls and email, sharing my client medication list, seeking guidance, and expressing the urgency of the situation, yet I received no courteous response or explanation for the delay.This experience has been incredibly distressing, and it's disheartening that such a situation arose, especially considering the urgency of my clients need for medication. I had expected better service from Ready Meds Pharmacy Renton.I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of your processes and a commitment to ensuring smoother, more responsive service for all clients in the future.Sincerely,

My mother is in an assisted living facility. I pay the bills by check at the end of the month. But readymeds would send me the bill late (about 7 to 10 days after the date of their bill) thereby giving me only about 5 to 8 days to pay the bill on time. Ready Meds was the only bill I had to make a special time to pay since they needed immediate payment. Twice I forgot and paid them with my monthly bills. They sent me late notices. I complained and they pressured me to sign up for automatic payments which I refused to do. They gave me notice that they were canceling my mother's medications because I had two late payments. I don't mind getting booted for late payments, but getting only 2 days notice that they were canceling my mom's medicines had me scrambling to get another pharmacy that could deliver within two days. That was very unprofessional not giving me more time to find another pharmacy. Especially since they were always fully paid, albeit the two times that they were paid a week or two late. I've been with the new pharmacy for over a year now and no issues. Also, it seems the prices are cheaper.

I'd been going crazy with 8 scripts due different days of the month, some monthly, some 90 days etc. Then when I got them, I had to put them in my daily pill box each week. I had to spend up to 3 hours/month managing this. Ready Meds automatically sends me 4 weekly books. There are sealed pockets for morning, noon, and night. I can easily see if I've taken my meds today. Getting started was a bit of a problem. They told me they would mail, then they delivered, then they said I had to be here for delivery then they said they weren't set up for delivery. OK, mail works. I didn't ask for the drama. I also had to remind them to send the first delivery. There was some confsion about what I took and how often, but that was cleared up. If you get class 2 drugs, they will come in a separate set of booklets. And if you get something that you take when you like, it will come in it's own booklet. There were problems getting these set up with my Doctor. Ready Meds didn't bother to tell me when the Doctor didn't respond, They didn't seem particularly concerned nor did they call the doctor back. On my first delivery, they ran out of something and switched to another brand. But they didn't tell me, and it seemed like I got the wrong script. They also shipped me some sleeping pills the next month when the supply was meant for 90 days making my doctor question me about the amount I was taking. They haven't quite got things going for single customers. Reaching someone after about 5 is difficult. I ended up taking 3 of my scripts back to my old pharmacy. Readymeds is mainly set up for institutions. If you have pills you take every day, they will ship to you in booklets that will make your life easier. But if you have anything that isn't daily, keep it with your own pharmacy. It was a rocky start, but now things are going well. Consider this a qualified recommendation for those that take everything on a regular schedule.

Common sense is not something you find at Ready Meds Pharmacy. I am unhappy with them! Handled very poor an emergency situation for me.
