Amazing customer service! My project started out as a simple lamination. Puget Sound Signs and Graphics made my project better than I imagined while helping a local school. I highly recommend them and I will use them for my next project.

Our business had our monument sign damaged by a car, and we worked with Sam at Puget Sound Signs & Graphics to recreate the sign - their communication and response time was great, the old sign was removed and the new one installed much faster than I had expected. The new sign looks great and we highly recommend Puget Sound Signs & Graphics.

I reached out to Puget Sound Signs & Graphics for an outdoor food menu sign, not knowing what to expect as it was my first time ordering, for the stand I work at, and they were AMAZING! From communication, to the day of picking up the sign, everything was such a smooth sail. Such great timing as well. We absolutely love our new sign! I don't often write reviews but we purchased a new sign for the front of our building and they were all "in the ballpark" on the sign, but others wanted additional hourly costs for removal leaving it very open ended, Shine-Ons quote was thorough, and they are the only ones who included the required permitting. Customer Service and communication was phenomenal throughout the project, and the new sign looks great!! Highly recommend.

They initially told us they could match our existing letters for our lobby sign but weren't able to, and there was some confusion about scheduling the install, but the lobby sign and the door sign turned out great and we are very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend them.
