As everyone else has said, I am very impressed by the service here! The pharmacist was willing to talk through everything with me and help me understand the medication and find the best cost effective plan. He was very friendly and patient. I've never had such a positive experience with a pharmacist before!

I know this is redundant, but I was super impressed with the service I received from Danny D. He had phoned me to make sure that the scrip was written as I understood it was supposed to be. When I picked up the med he had me read the instructions to, once again, be certain that everything had been done properly. Apparently, the directions may not have been written as clearly as they could have been. He also passed on more very useful information for my Covid brain fog that he had read elsewhere, and suggested another medicine for me to consider.First rate from start to finish.

I was looking for a compound medication because my original pharmacy couldn't get it to me for various reasons and I can't say enough about how great the customer service was here. I called the previous night to make sure they could fill my medication and they gave me clear instructions on how to make sure my doctor (not my original pharmacy) sends my RX in since it's a controlled substance. I called this morning to make sure they received the RX and they told me the drug is also ready for pick up too as they made it last night when I called. I was worried I wouldn't get it in time so this was a huge relief! Once I arrived, Danny (the pharmacist) went above and beyond to answer my questions, educate me on the best way / time to inject and store my medication, and when I told him my injections hurt he gave me needles that are actually better for my medication (I had other needles at home from my original pharmacy which I now realize is not optimal for my drug). I'd highly recommend working with Prime and Danny if you get the opportunity to!

Prime Pharmacy was amazing. The owner told me he’d wait for me even though the pharmacy is supposed to close at 6pm. That’s exceptional service. In addition, they were able to fill my prescription within 1 hour when other pharmacies weren’t able to.

If I could give Prime Pharmacy TEN stars, I would. My doctor uses them exclusively as her compounding pharmacy and from the first phone call to all the rest, they've gone above and beyond with their customer service and the quality of their products. Special shout out to Danny is who 1. SUPER nice and 2. EXTREMELY knowledgeable. His other staff members are just as stellar and every time I call, I feel like their only client. This is what I imagine pharmacies were like before Safeway existed. If you need compounded prescriptions, this is the pharmacy to go to. Even if you don't live close by, they will send your order to you!
