I take my car here regularly for oil changes because of the friendly service and the reasonable price. I also had my car detailed here after my cat got sick on the backseat from taking him to the vet. They did a fantastic job and cleaned the whole interior of the car for a great price.

After driving 4,000 miles from east coast via California, my older Volvo XC 60 had some issues. Performance Automotive gave me their diagnosis and options. Mechanic knows Volvos! Pricing was decent. No high pressure for services but options clearly outlined. Good shop!

These guys did a complimentary diagnostic test on my car today- they were on time, friendly and straightforward. I will go here again for future car needs!

Service was pretty good. Explained what was going to be serviced for my 80,000 mile for my Jetta. He would also check what other things may need work on, but was glad to hear my car is in tip top shape. I would go to them again! The price was reasonable too.

The owner is friendly and rates are good but not sure they knew what they were doing when replacing brake pads on my lexus suv. Experienced extreme brake shudder after their work, took vehicle back and they inspected saying everything was fine. Problem persisted and I ended up going back to lexus dealer for service. They said things were glued (improperly) and replaced everything. Problem went away.Services: Brakes

Went in for an Oil Change cause I'm new to the area and I own a Volvo and just don't have the time to do my own changes. This is a review of the oil change service.Time in: 12:30PM, Time out: 1:10PMYou know Erik respects and is knowledgeable about cars cause even at 5k mileage since last oil change, he said it should be fine (synthetic oil is a premium due to its viscosity and ability to handle heat). What he doesn't know is that I drove it pretty hard to California and back. He goes above and beyond to treat ANY car with respect. Topped off any liquids needed for the car and does an inspection. All free of charge. You can tell he's not here to screw you.Jason was also a pleasure to work with to set up an appointment and just provide estimates for pricing. Will definitely come back again.To the flakey customers (customers that bail on their appointments), please do your business here and keep good businesses in the area.
