When you pull up there boards on the windows. There's trash on the outside. Makes it look like nobody cares at that job. But when you go in you get great customer service. Maybe tidy up a little and ask corporate to get new windows.

If you want to be discriminated against this is the place to go! They'll help all the white people that were waiting in line after you and then when there's no on left but you as an Asian person they go into the back. Highly recommended if you're white

I am really upset as I ordered a part 3 days to go from them. And they told me it would be here today. The 18th at noon now I call them. And they say it won't be till 7 PM tonight after I had already made arrangements for a mechanic to put it in today if anyone knows of an auto parts store that sticks to their word. Where I can order parts and know. I can get them on time. Please let me know.

In regards to other O'REILLY'S I have been, I didn't get a recommended service from the second Representative as I returned back. The first was welcoming and handled me as a valuable Customer, had spoken through the phone and he recognized immediately as I came in for pickup.
