Disappointing Customer Service: I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with O'Reillys, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with their customer service. As a long-time customer, I have always relied on O'Reillys for my automotive needs, but this incident has left me deeply disappointed.
First and foremost, the customer service representatives I interacted with were unhelpful. It was evident that the their customer service staff is not adequately trained to handle customer inquiries, which is unacceptable for a company of O'Reillys' stature.
Furthermore, the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the customer service team was disheartening. They seemed more interested in rushing through the conversation than genuinely addressing my concerns. It felt as though my questions were an inconvenience to them, and they were simply going through the motions without any real intention to help.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a supervisor or escalate the issue, I was met with resistance.

This place sucks, it's useless, the workers don't help you, they're bitter all day and they serve you badly, and it hasn't happened to me just once, every time I've been there it's the same, I live 3 minutes away and I prefer go to Burien or Benson Hill
