The people I saw were nice, but getting back in touch with them about a billing question (which originated from information they should have given me and didn't) sent me into phone-tree purgatory. Would not recommend.

NP Deanna M. Hill arrived 20 minutes late for appointment, was confused on the type of test she was supposed to be giving, used a torn glove, failed to do an alcohol swab, and then used the incorrect vial for the blood test. We had to go back at a later date and have the test performed again by a competent NP. Would not recommend.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. The check in process is horribly cumbersome especially for someone who is sick. These people do not know how to deal with patients. This is clearly run as a business.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!We gave this Minute Clinic two chances as we were struggled to get an appointment with our primary care physicians for some minor issues.Instance #1 after a few months of lice treatment my scalp was itchy so I wanted to be reexamined to make sure I wasn't re-infected. The nurse practitioner concluded the appointment with "I don't think it's lice" - how is that not nursing 101?! Then she gave me Rx for oil & some allergy relief pills that my primary care provider later was baffled by as it didn't even target the issue - I had a scalp condition and need a special Rx shampoo#2 my child's school's nurse was concerned a blister was infected & needed antibiotic so we took her in for a Rx. My spouse was told it needed to be popped and they couldn't because numbing agent would be needed. They sent my fam to the ER where there was a 4+ hr wait due to RSV running rampant, putting their health at risk! They went to Urgent Care who popped the blister without any numbing agent. Again, Nursing 101, and we could have done it at home if they didn't feel comfortable with it as apparently they didn't despite being a "trained medical professional"

Absolute and complete garbage from start to finish. Tried calling to see about vaccine availability and scheduling, but the phone just gives an automated message telling you to do everything through their website. I tried going though their website and it crashes every time I tried to book an appt. Finally I decided it would just be easier to go in in-person, since the website did at least confirm availability. There is no “in-person,” just an unstaffed kiosk. I was at least able to make an appt thru the kiosk though, so partial credit. I waited around for almost 30 min after my scheduled appt time before finally being seen by a provider and told they actually did NOT have the vaccine and the info on their website is out of date. This has been the most useless and frustrating way to spend a lunch break in ages.

Quick and easy process. Super helpful for basic checks you want to get done. I wish we had more on the east side.

Shoutout to Kara who took great care of me during my visit here! I came for an ear wax cleaning, and she was very kind and answered any/all questions I had with a smile. I booked an appointment online, and was able to check in on the kiosk in the lobby up to 10 minutes before my appointment time. Check-in process and visit was smooth and easy. ????

I went in because I had conjunctivitis. Kara saw me immediately (around 4:45pm) and was able to diagnose me and get me a prescription quickly. She also offered me the flu shot unprompted. The process was smooth and easy. Would recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourselves the time, the energy, and what is left of your sanity. The first time, the provider ordered the completely wrong test, even though I mentioned the type of test several times, and she confirmed that she knew exactly what test she was sending. NOPE. She did not, because she ordered the completely wrong one! Fine! We all make mistakes. I come back, after no one called me to inform me of my results, and the only reason I found out was through the app that said “test not performed” (because she sent it in the wrong tube). Now, I’m here for the second time trying to get my blood drawn AGAIN. This time, different lady(Kara), cannot find a vein! I’ve never had this happen in the very many times I’ve given blood. She tries my left arm for 5 minutes. She tries my right for another 2 minutes. And then- she gives up! She says “you’re going to have to go to quest and get your blood drawn there and pay out of pocket.” Amazing! I have to pay out of pocket because of your incompetence and the fact you guys can’t tell your tests apart or find a vein? How in the world is this place still running. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.
