Went in to replace 2 SIM cards that were stolen with my phones. Thinking they would hold up with their commercial about being treated equally. They over charged me basically $20 bucks per SIM card. Then the guy tried to sell me 2 phones for $550+.
Which the add said the phones should have been free with a new account.
Since I didn’t want the old numbers. I was fine to close the 2 old lines and open 2 new ones for the free phones. Then he said activation fee was $50 per line. I was like that doesn’t seem right.
Called him again today and he said he couldn’t refund my money. I would have to wait till Saturday when the manager is in.
So disappointed… I am looking at other carriers now smh!

The guy who works there is really slimy. Desprate for a dollar. My phone needed $30 work of services but he pretended like it didn't work and tried to charge me $55 plus $140 phone. I went to a different location, they said something was weird with the phone, after the first guy touched it (they didnt know he was the one who messed with the IMEI number), they fixed it and charged me $30 dollars. No problem. Go to either of the two on Ranier, they're cool and not far from this one or literally anywhere else. Why be a costumer with someone you might not be able to trust? FR.

I call and ask if they have a product in stock, and they quote me a price of "about $250 to $300" after putting me on hold for a minute. The item I want has a listed price online for $99. They then tell me it's because of an activation fee and the first month of service, but can't explain how $99 device + $25 activation + first month service (even at their highest rate of $60) = $250, even with taxes.

charged me 60 to activate a phone while I had the SIM card, I’ll activate it myself for free next time

Came in wanting to switch from Cricket to Metro. Was told that Cricket isn’t competition for them so the iPhone 12 deal wouldn’t apply? Thought that was odd. Any company is a competing company(except T-mobile as they own Metro). I called other Metros in the area and they said I could make the switch and get the iPhone 12 deal.

Upon arriving to the store, I was immediately greeted by the Associate. He was very friendly and helpful. He handled my transaction fast and answered my questions with knowledge and honesty. I recommend Metro by T-Mobile to anyone who appreciates fast friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and excellent customer service!

Rude staff! Not helpful at all. Dishonest as well. Will not return to this location unless I absolutely have to! I’m only giving one star because it forces you to! ZERO STARS!!! Get new staff!!
