Went to this Metro store location in was helped by Luke and Selena. They both are absolutely amazing, great customer service, super friendly and gave me the best experience I have ever had dealing with metro in the nine years I've had their service. I will never go to another store location.

Kind of depressing place where you can pay you metro pcs bill and get accessories. As I waited in line to pay a bill for an ill friend patiently and was put into my place when the gentleman behind one of the counters asked me what I needed upon answering he asked me what I was looking at he is serving another customer(who had walked out of the store). He told me I'd better stop staring at him ...which I wasn't staring....I was listening to him berate me for some reason. So I kept my head down and only looked at the floor until the young lady at the other counter assisted me in paying that phone bill. I was so happy to get out of there, no idea why I was chided,

The guy at Metro by T-Mobile 3164 NE Sunset Blvd Renton WA 98056 and named Markle was Very rude!Today is T-Mobile Tuesday, I went there to pick up a free umbrella (T-Mobile Tuesday promotion). I arrived 2 min earlier, he asked me to wait outside and I did so. I went in at 10:02AM (the store is supposed to open at 10:00AM), he asked me to step out again because he is still cleaning. I waited outside for about another 10min in such cold weather till 10:15AM, he was very rude and unfriendly to serve me. I told him that he should finish cleaning and be ready for customer at 10:00AM, and it was not nice to keep customer outside in such cold weather during the store opening time. He told me he got up late and came late today as his reasonable justification.

Thomas works there, he's VERY knowledgeable. I recommend this store, as their staff, (especially Thomas), knows what they're doing.

Very bad support from the store manager and other employees to new employee in training making ugly facial gestures when she was almost begging for help, until I got angry and told them some beautiful words then they started to help Carmen who has 5? .

I'm not happy with the customer service I'm bought a new phone Samsung a21 but it's not working correctly after 9 days I go back to tell them the phone is not working properly she say we can do nothing for you we need to see first if it is really the case I want to exchange it but she say I cannot do that because it's the MetroPCS rule 7 days I'm all 4 years with MetroPCS that doesn't matter I'm not happy with the customer service

Terrible don’t go here they just wanna make a sale and don’t care and my husband payed 50 dollars extra for the activation and he had him pay and as soon as he did told us to activate it ourselves and wouldn’t help.

You guys REALLY need to step up your customer support. Was here today at 11:30. Lights were on inside of building, 'sandwich' sign was outside of door saying "we're open" indicating business was in fact opened, but front door was locked!! After three phone calls to this business (with no answer) and 20 minutes later, there are now six customers waiting outside of the LOCKED door!! I came here to upgrade my service AND my phone. Apparently, you don't want my business. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

My first phone with Metro PCS was a Motorola e5 plus. Great phone, great service. Then this past June I got the blue screen of death. I wanted it fixed or buy the same phone I had. They said I can only buy the newest Motorola stylus. The phone had slow internet speed, dropped calls, poor reception and not easy to use. I came in to see if I could exchange the phone or get something that works as good asked me my first phone. The clerk said nope, Once you buy the phone, no refunds or exchanges. I tried to cancel my account and get a refund for my remaining unused balance and they wouldn't do that either. I'm leaving Metro an unhappy customer. Time to go shopping for a new carrier.
