These crooks lie and try to take advantage of you. Tried to charge 50 for a putting my sim card in my phone. All I asked was to buy a sim card and REFUSED TO SELL ME ONE!!! Lied and said it won't work unless they did it. Trust me I known for years you can do it online which I did my phone works fine. And free... And got a sim card at different location...And kept trying to sell a phone 3x the retail price!!! I would never go to this location. This the location in the same parking lot as Walmart. Tells you a lot already. I hope this place closes.

I absolutely love this location. I have been with metro Pcs since 2016. And the customer service I received was incredible. The representative went above and beyond and I appreciate it. If you stop by this location ask for Rick.

These people steal your money and take advantage of a 70yr old who doesn't know better. They "sold" her a phone and just gave her back her old phone thinking she has nobody looking out for her. I know they gave her back her old phone because, when you get a new phone the wall paper isn't automatically set to your old wallpaper nor is the passcode to unlock the phone automatically set, all the same apps were there and logged in lastly the "new" phone had the same exact speaker blown out ? these people better count their days as we will be pursuing legal action.

I cannot speak highly enough of Angela's customer service. We came in with a billing issue 2 days in a row and Angela worked with us tirelessly to get us the original promotion we signed up for. She was very patient and kind and quick to take care of any other problems that came up. We will continue to drive out of our way to continue to make this our primary store!

I went into the Renton store on a Sunday at 11:50am to switch to T-mobile from another carrier. The phone was mailed to my house and I had moved my data on it and I just needed my phone number to be moved. I waited an hour for help. I watched several people come in, wait half an hour and leave. There was a gentleman who greeted us halfway in and I told him I just needed to move my number. Finally at 1pm someone became available to help us. I went to the register and started asking about the magenta plan. That person didn't seem to know know what the details of the magenta plan was and told me to register an account and look online. When it was time to move the number he asked for my former service carrier account number and pin. I had the pin because when I ordered my phone from the T-mobile store in Southcenter they told me I needed it but they never told me I needed the account number. I assumed my phone number would suffice. I had gotten my PIN number earlier that week when my former service carrier dropped my service (I don't know how they knew I had switched) and the SIM card the T-mobile rep gave me would not work on my locked phone. I had not yet received my new phone. Anyways, I wished that when that rep had greeted us earlier and I had told him I needed to move my number, he had said I needed my account number and pin. I could have gotten that during my one hour wait. I had to call the former service company to get the account number. The gentleman who had been helping me moved on to help another customer. It took the former phone company 10minutes to give me my account. I was finally ready and told the service rep in front of me. The customer he was now helping was right beside me at the register. At that point I was in the store for about an hour and a half. I patiently waited a few minutes then I looked around and saw another T-mobile rep standing behind him. I interrupted him and asked him if that young lady could help me instead. No one seemed happy to want to help me. I moved over to her register, and started the process of moving my number. She had to open up my brand new case to replace the original phone's SIM card and when she put it back in - there was dust and bits of plastic inbetween the case and phone. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience switching carriers. If you plan to switch carriers and move your number on a Sunday afternoon please budget about two hours and don't put the new case on the phone just yet. Also be prepared for your current phone service to drop you while your waiting for your new phone. Also to consider - I just logged into T-mobile online.. my next payment date is Dec 4th. I am paying for two weeks of service that I did not use since I just switched today.

I drive downtown Renton to go to this store. Customer service is great. I went in last week to upgrade my phone. They didn't have so they ordered and sent to my home. They said it would arrive between September 17th and October 1st. It arrived in the mail yesterday. I took it to switch out my phone. Jasmine was helpful. She answered all questions assisted with putting my new screen cover on and switching everything from my old phone to my new phone. It was an overall pleasant experience. I didn't have to wait in line either time.

T mobile has great excellent customer service. I went in and came out, total time was less than 10 minutes. I was able to get my SIM card replaced and functional.
