“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”

No wait for my appointment at appointment time.
Was in and out super quickly probably took 6 minutes or so. Phlebotomist seemed to know what they were doing and get what they needed efficiently.
Parking lot was basically full though.”
“I had a 12pm appointment and Tina was very kind and generous. She told me I can do my finger appointment early and it was fast and she got it done before 11:50 am. I love it was fast and convenient for everyone.”
