My experience with MBA was awful. I had been looking forward to bidding on a specific painting for about a week, and was thrilled when I won the bid. Noticing that this specific painting was not on my invoice the following day, I brought it up with them. It was discovered they had mistakenly sold it to the wrong bidder by putting the painting on the wrong invoice. After calling the person who took the painting I’d won, they told me that person didn’t want to give the painting back. They shrugged saying, “It’s just a mistake, these things happen.” Nothing was done to make it right. I will not use Mroczek Brothers Auction House again.
Also, be aware that if you bid online through the various sites they allow - they don’t work well together and glitch up quite a lot. They didn’t seem to care about this issue either.

Stumbled across the auction house and set up my account. Super easy to bid, the invoice arrived the next day and I went to the business and picked up my trinket. Pleasant staff and easy to deal with.

As far as auctions go I believe this is the number one auction in all of Washington or Oregon . I've been a customer for years , for buying and selling. It's a family-owned business. The employees are very helpful. You can truly find some very wonderful treasures here . As for all auctions the items are used so you must preview. The Auctions are held on Thursdays with most starting at 6 p.m. since you should preview I would get there one to two hours earlier .

This auction house offers a great variety of quality items at auction every month. I personally won a cup & saucer from the Nanking Cargo at their last auction and was more than pleased with their exceptional customer service and quick response to all of my questions. Definitely recommend this business!
