“Stopped by Mattress Firm in Tukwila one evening to get a feel for my next mattress. Was politely greeted by the store manager Navid. I focused on a couple of mattresses while asking several questions which Navid provided a full response with some very key points with pros and cons to making purchase of a brand new mattress or one that was returned to the Outlet which ultimately assured me well enough where I was able to confidently select my 1st ever mattress from Mattress Firm. Definitely glad I went there. I received updates/notifications to my order as to delivery and also received call from the delivery guys (White Wolf) when they were about 5-10 minutes out. When they arrived they they explained there plan/intentions and I showed them the mattress they would be removing and they quickly went to work which probably took about 10 mins. Very professional and nice guys. I now have new mattress which I'm looking forward to my new way of sleeping. Thanks again everyone, for the great overall experience.”

I had an amazing delivery experience with Raul Hernandez Arias and his team! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my home.
Before arriving, Raul called ahead and gave me the exact arrival time, down to the minute and they were on time! That level of punctuality and communication was so impressive and truly appreciated.
What stood out most was their attention to cleanliness and care. Each time they entered and exited my home, they switched their footies to keep everything spotless, such a thoughtful and professional touch that’s rare to see these days.
The setup was quick, efficient, and done with a smile. Raul and his team made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and double-checked that I was completely satisfied before leaving.

“This Bellevue store deserves more than 5 stars. Based on their expertise, I purchased a very expensive (and beautiful) lift chair. Then it started making grinding noises. As directed by the brochure, I called the manufacturer. Complete run-around. They said to call the corporate office. Also, no help. When I went to the store. William, the manager, listened to my problem, said I shouldn't have to deal with the run-around, and the next day, Gerald delivered a brand new chair to my house. He was both highly professional and friendly. He paid close attention to what had gone wrong with the original chair, then set up the new one exactly the way I wanted it. I cannot recommend the store and the way it is managed strongly enough. If you have back pain or just want very comfortable furniture, they are the best.”

“Absolutely stellar. In and out, found exactly what we wanted, and the staff was phenomenal. Tony was stellar helping us get checked out and set up delivery, and totally just a nice upbeat person, no high pressure anything (he didn't even ask me to mention him in the review, I just want to call it out because he's awesome.)The quality of Dania really speaks for itself. Our last Dania sofa is going on 10 years old with big ol dogs allowed up on the couch, my heavy a** sitting/sleeping on it at times, and seriously, thing looks like 6 months old. Can't say enough good things.Prices on mid-high end furniture are always kinda hit or miss, but for what you get, I've stuck pretty much exclusively with Dania and Kasala with the tie breaker 100% being design/comfort on various pieces. And fwiw, Dania is 90% of that stuff.”
“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“Had a good and fun/educational visit at The Futon Shop. It was our first time there and we came away with a nice futon cover, after some pleasant interactions with the people there.
Learned all about some unique products the store carries, including a vegan fabric/leather made from cork. Although we weren't there looking for a bed or piece of furniture, we noted a very extensive collection of beds/sleeping options and interesting furniture.
Check out their airy and light-filled space if you are ever anywhere near Pike Place Market.”
“After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor recommended I get a new mattress: my old one was 15 years old and getting worn out. I searched locally and found Emerald City Mattress. As soon as I stepped in, I was warmly greeted and with questions as to why I was there and what I needed, shown several incredible options in my price range. I told them I needed to check on my finances and possible insurance assistant options, and when I returned a week later, not only did they recognize me, they remembered which one I had preferred! I happily purchased it and it was delivered later that day. Wonderful service, and highly recommended!”
